Nice place, wonderful service!

I was looking for homemade wine, showed this place, bought a red semi sweet, and was impressed!

We spent one night and one day into Yeganyans wine yard. We had such a nice moment, our hosts were so nice and friendly, the diner and the wine were very good ! It’s only 20 mn by car from Yerevan so it’s nice to spend some time there to have a quiet moment in the countryside. I also recommend to go by walk to the 2 monasteries near to : Hovhannavank and Saghmosavank. I recommend 100% this place.

A wonderful place! Everything was perfect. We stayed in a standard room, where dressing gowns were not provided, but the hotel kindly gave them to us upon request. The restaurant had live music, and the food was excellent—even offering sushi and other delicious options. Thank you so much for the amazing atmosphere and excellent service!

The hotel room was very spacious and clean, they even upgraded it for free. In the rooms there were fruit, little sweets and beverages as a welcome gift. For breakfast there was a huge buffet with both salty and sweet options. Honorable mention to the spa and the staff, who were very friendly.

Good hotel. Despite the remote location, the minimum set for a comfortable stay, in particular in a single room, is present. Not the most well-groomed room, but in general cleaned of course. They provide a standard set with hygiene items and a large number of towels and bathrobes. Unfortunately cards are not accepted.

My review is only about the pool. It is big and the view is very nice in this place. The staff is polite, there are towels included in price. But!! Is there anybody who likes to listen so loud music while chilling near the pool. Who are they make so loud for? This is really a wedding venue hotel, with a really great pool area for Armenia (one of the best). The pool doesnt have a shallow end so isn't great for kids, and a lot of folks during the day just seemed like Instagram influencers more focused on getting good pics than taking a break. We had quite the amazing experience at this Hotel. It had a mountain view which we weren’t able to enjoy day 1 because of the weather, but wow was the view amazing when the clouds cleared on day 2. We chose this hotel on our layover from Yerevan to Moscow; it was an overnight hub. We booked it just before arrival. My family and I were guests at Villa Norse. The host welcomed us very kindly, and the house was full of all the necessary amenities that our family needed to have a good time. It was very comfortable, everything was organized, and the atmosphere was warm. We were very satisfied. I recommend it.

Absolutely loved my stay at Villa Nors! The property is beautifully maintained and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring Yerevan. Highly recommend!

I had the most wonderful time at this Villa. The owner was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The pool was not that big but atleast its refreshing.

It is a very comfortable place to gather with friends and family. I really loved the time i spent there!!

It was really good and really clean, family environment, great for solo travelers as well, 20 minutes drive from the city centre and absolutely good price. The staff are really friendly and respectful, they speak both Russian and Armenian. And you can manage with a little bit of English. I absolutely recommend if you are travelling on a budget but still want to enjoy clean environment and respectful...

Everything clean, everything comfortable, good location, everything you need plus well stocked mini fridge, easy to use good smart tv, nice reception, good price. No problem. Easy to get from airport. My room had wonderful view of Mount Ararat.

Contradictory impressions. On the one hand, there are advantages - responsive staff and a quiet place. But there are also disadvantages: - Sauna in the basement, the occupant of which can pound music at full volume, preventing the entire hotel from sleeping (the administrator is not their boss). - View from the windows onto a littered wasteland - Poorly insulated windows, which is why the room is cool...

The hotel is nice! I was there for three nights! They have a restaurant and cafe! You can order in room! The price is same as other restaurants I like to be there again with my beautiful wife!

Super hotel. Brand new hotel with large rooms. Easy checkin and checkout.

Excellent new hotel! We are delighted! The rooms are spacious and new, as if no one had lived here before us! Great renovation, comfortable beds. A 4-year-old child was placed on the couch.

This place has an idyllic athmosphere, everything is nice, clean and on the top of all the host is so friendly and welcoming that it is outstanding even in Armenia. His wife cooks amazing meals. Our one night stay was a charming experience, in the morning it was difficult to leave this house.

The owner is very nice. He even drove us to the airport at 5 am in the morning. Of course the place and the breakfast were also great 😃.

Good budget option! Far from the city's main attractions, but with a bus service very close by (download the Yandex app), supermarkets, and a small kiosk where you can buy a SIM card. Friendly staff but with a very low level of English.

The hotel is the best value for money. Close to the airport. Park and shops nearby. There is a kettle and slippers in the room. The window opens. Minus - no elevator, but it is not critical for me. Moreover, they helped to deliver the luggage. There are swings for adults near the hotel, very convenient.

Very nice hotel, the host is very friendly to help carry our baggage.

The hotel is very simple, but in a great location, there is a large food court nearby, many shops, 12 minutes from the airport. Exceptionally friendly staff, simple, but clean and cozy, you feel some care, like at home. Thank you.
