Nice place, wonderful service!

I was looking for homemade wine, showed this place, bought a red semi sweet, and was impressed!

We spent one night and one day into Yeganyans wine yard. We had such a nice moment, our hosts were so nice and friendly, the diner and the wine were very good ! It’s only 20 mn by car from Yerevan so it’s nice to spend some time there to have a quiet moment in the countryside. I also recommend to go by walk to the 2 monasteries near to : Hovhannavank and Saghmosavank. I recommend 100% this place.

Loved the peaceful environment. We had a twin room that met our expectations. Sevak and his family were attentive to our need and for a fee we had a hearty balanced breakfast and Sevak drove us to popular sites in Armenia. The Pandok restaurant up the hill was our highlight, their fresh meaty dishes satisfied a need we didn't know we had.

A new guesthouse. Everything is clean and new. The rooms have standard amenities and are quite spacious. The bathroom is clean. It's close to the main road. Breakfast is not included in the price, but I recommend ordering it on site because it's very good, varied, and plentiful. It's prepared and served by the hostess. Hot eggs, vegetables, fruit, various types of bread, pancakes, jams, and cheeses...

Perfect accommodation to climb Aragats. The staff helped us to get a taxi to go to Kari lake. The breakfast was delicious and most ingredients were handmade. The mountain views and peace in the garden are excellent. Highly recommended!

This guesthouse is a pure gem in Byurakan. With the most amazing view people can have breakfast and feel literally at home. Nice hotel. Had a great stay. Their room arrangement and construction is very different and nice. More like a duplex villa. However, Breakfast is below average. Location is also away from the city centre.

Caucasus hotel is a very nice place and a good choice despite the fact that it's not in the center of Yerevan. The staff is very helpful ,welcoming and always ready to assist regardless of the lack of English language. Highly recommended 👌

Very minimum weight & seat of the bicycle spoilt in the gym. Location a little bit far from city centre. Helpful & friendly staff.

A wonderful place! Everything was perfect. We stayed in a standard room, where dressing gowns were not provided, but the hotel kindly gave them to us upon request. The restaurant had live music, and the food was excellent—even offering sushi and other delicious options. Thank you so much for the amazing atmosphere and excellent service!

The hotel room was very spacious and clean, they even upgraded it for free. In the rooms there were fruit, little sweets and beverages as a welcome gift. For breakfast there was a huge buffet with both salty and sweet options. Honorable mention to the spa and the staff, who were very friendly.

An incredibly beautiful roadside hotel and restaurant

Good hotel. Despite the remote location, the minimum set for a comfortable stay, in particular in a single room, is present. Not the most well-groomed room, but in general cleaned of course. They provide a standard set with hygiene items and a large number of towels and bathrobes. Unfortunately cards are not accepted.

The room was big and clean and staff so kind and they speak English

Didn't stay in the hotel but went here to enjoy the swimming pool. Visitors can enjoy the pool for 8000amd, towel included. Pool area is great and spacious. They have a pool bar with a great selection of food and drinks for reasonable prices (2500 for smoothies, 3500 for a mojito).

The breakfast at Latar Hotel was amazing, offering a wide variety of items including juices, coffee, eggs, sausages, and more, making it a complete and satisfying meal. My review is only about the pool. It is big and the view is very nice in this place. The staff is polite, there are towels included in price. But!! Is there anybody who likes to listen so loud music while chilling near the pool. Who are they make so loud for? Music is ok, but in places like this it must be at the volume level comfortable for everyone , cos we are not in the techno or any other club

This is really a wedding venue hotel, with a really great pool area for Armenia (one of the best). The pool doesnt have a shallow end so isn't great for kids, and a lot of folks during the day just seemed like Instagram influencers more focused on getting good pics than taking a break. Overall a nice break and far enough from the city to benefit, but would be better to stay here if part of a big wedding...

We had quite the amazing experience at this Hotel. It had a mountain view which we weren’t able to enjoy day 1 because of the weather, but wow was the view amazing when the clouds cleared on day 2. Such a great shower and the front desk gave us complimentary wine along with some cheese and chocolates. Such a great stay

It is overall OK. The pool is a bit too crowded. Prices for an entrance and in the menu are high.

Sport complex after some repair works become better this year. We used to go there with family sometimes just with a single ticket ( 5000 AMD for 16+ and 3000 for 16-) but usually we took some packages (eg 15000 AMD). There is table tennis u can bring your own bats or use what will be free in the room, also there is big basketball court and small gym. In summer we use their outside pool it is nice...

The Hotel is very nice, however, the staff are the best in the business, always happy to help.

Good hotel, spacious room, good shower, short wait. Some rooms have no windows. A bit far from the center. The building is spacious and elegant in its own way. Good breakfast with lots of vegetables and fruit. WiFi is good. There are supermarkets and cafes nearby.

I really liked the hotel! It was clean, beautiful, and cozy. The receptionists, Anna, and Arsen, were very attentive. Special thanks to Anna for her care and attention. We were leaving very early, and she packed our breakfast for the road. It was a pleasure. Gevorg, the guy at the front desk, was also very helpful with everything. Very large hotel. Very clean, friendly staff will to engage. Very professional and helpful Receptionist. It's a bit of a distance to down Town, but plenty of taxies, cheap and reliably. Did not use the spay or Pool. I would stay again when in Yaravan.
