2.on the first day of our stay the shower broke we reported this but they wouldn’t fix it.
the next day we needed our passports for something very important but they would not give our passports back they charged us 1000$ for the shower and when we refused they wouldn’t give us our passports back and they locked us out of our room with all our stuff in it and would not back down even though they’re actions were illegal.
- The hotel is under repair. No garden, no breakfast room. The shower facilities in the room barely function. The location is poor. Noisy, the window of the room on the street with heavy traffic.
