I was looking for homemade wine, showed this place, bought a red semi sweet, and was impressed!

We spent one night and one day into Yeganyans wine yard. We had such a nice moment, our hosts were so nice and friendly, the diner and the wine were very good ! It’s only 20 mn by car from Yerevan so it’s nice to spend some time there to have a quiet moment in the countryside. I also recommend to go by walk to the 2 monasteries near to : Hovhannavank and Saghmosavank. I recommend 100% this place.

Loved the peaceful environment. We had a twin room that met our expectations. Sevak and his family were attentive to our need and for a fee we had a hearty balanced breakfast and Sevak drove us to popular sites in Armenia. The Pandok restaurant up the hill was our highlight, their fresh meaty dishes satisfied a need we didn't know we had.

A new guesthouse. Everything is clean and new. The rooms have standard amenities and are quite spacious. The bathroom is clean. It's close to the main road. Breakfast is not included in the price, but I recommend ordering it on site because it's very good, varied, and plentiful. It's prepared and served by the hostess. We had quite the amazing experience at this Hotel. It had a mountain view which we weren’t able to enjoy day 1 because of the weather, but wow was the view amazing when the clouds cleared on day 2. I would definitely recommend this guesthouse. Very friendly staff. The guesthouse allowed us to do early check-in at 6 AM in the morning. The breakfast is served between 9 AM-10:30 AM. I stayed for 3 days in this guest house. It is like home. Very quiet , neat and clean sequre for stay. I meet the owener Hobo. He was very friendly and kind person. Rooms are like Five star hotel. Very thoughtfull home like interior that makes you feel at home. Cooking space is great. I reccomand it for family and solo traveler even best for long stay.

There are very few downsides: poor soundproofing from neighbors, old, creaky beds, and difficulty finding the guesthouse itself, especially if it's your first time and late (Maps.me didn't help; there's no sign and no lighting at the entrance). Otherwise, it's a great place where they simply give you the keys to your room and you don't have to worry about anything else.

Yes, there are steps to climb to access the accommodation. But this is largely compensated by the terrace with the view of all of Yerevan and Mount Ararat during morning coffee or evening aperitif! Basic but comfortable room, special mention for the very good bedding and the Italian shower. And the price is very reasonable considering the location 5 minutes from Kaskad and the Materadaran Museum!

Great little family run boutique hotel/guesthouse close to cascade and a short walk from the city centre. Owner Artak and his family are all very kind and friendly. The access to the property is via stairs in one of the older neighbourhoods of yerevan. Rooms can be a little warm however for the price its an absolute bargain and the hospitality is second to non.

I gave it a 5 because the spartan conditions were fine for a couple of nights. The mattress on the bed might have been a bit of a problem, but I didn't have any particular issues.
