Not recommended. The breakfast was very disappointing—it wasn’t a buffet, but instead a set plate with extremely limited portions (basically one egg per person). On top of that, the shower in my room wasn’t working, and it took three days to get it fixed. During that time, I wasn’t able to shower properly and had to rinse my hair in the sink.

I do not recommend them. They are liars. We paid and the sauna and jacuzzi were cold. They did not heat them up. We left the room and they did not refund our money. They are liars. Do not trust them.

Clean, spacious rooms and reliable Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Unique layout with separate buildings for rooms, gym, pool, and other facilities which is cool
Great value overall. Just it’s a bit far from the city, so having a car or arranging transport is helpful.

Amazing experience! Breakfast was good and rooms were spacious and clean!
We enjoyed numerous games of billiard in a special room designed for that.
10/10 will go back when staying in Yerevan.
Also very helpful and amazing staff! Shout out to the girl who worked the reception in the weekend. Very beautiful!

Very unprofessional, poor service, as in management, so as managers and accountants. Tryied to pay in advance for my guests, however the hotel sent wrong bank details, as a result I was charged 50% of my sum as a comission by their intermediary bank(. Sadly La Defense refused to do anything, 7 days the transfer was unidentified in their intermediary bank, they do nothing...
