It's located in a very beautiful place but apparently was built by people with little expertise in hospitality. Total and absolute lack of attention to details: no bedside tables and lights, extremely small bathroom in a 2-floor cottage, no working locks on the doors, no chairs and table in the balcony, short beds. I stayed at Arthur's Aghveran Resort, and it was a really nice experience. The hotel is in nature, and we had a great time. Located in the forest, cottage was surrounded by amazing nature. Night lights playing in the white snow were the most beautiful phenomena I have ever seen. In side of this wonderland the service was poor. Temperature in the rooms was low and we had to take second manta. Assortment of food was also far away from good. In the early morning I saw cockroaches and It was the end of my patience.

Since there were no reviews for 2023 we decided to try our luck, but desperate. Only the view and outside of hotel was good. Both openair swim pool and closed one were clean. The rooms (301: 303) are dilapidated , bed utilities with holes from sigarette (photo attached) and even lamp were "tortured". The rooms and toilet were clean but pretty old, so it looked not esthetic . It is very disappointing...

Wonderful place in the mountains for solitude and meditation

I had an amazing stay at Van Resort. The service was outstanding and everything was perfectly clean. The complex itself is absolutely beautiful, with a peaceful atmosphere surrounded by nature in Vanadzor. The food was delicious, with great quality and variety. Everything about this place is worth recommending — I would definitely come back!

The restaurant service, employees, and the manager were very very good. The room are also good and confortable. BUT there is no drinks/ water after 11PM and the checkout was awful - different informations from different people - we had to rush - it was stressful and people at the reception were cold and not friendly

I spent two nights in Laguna Hotel. At first I was accommodated in room with acute cigarette odour after complain they moved me into another room- more spacious. Generally speaking hotel is clean, personnel is kind and helpful. Bathrooms are clean, spacious. In my opinion breakfast menu is quite "narrow" but I and my belly we were satisfied with it.

It's more than a resting place! The area is just away from all tumult and noise and dust and into the bosom of nature! And the service and the cuisine are just exquisite! The only thing that needs an update is the projector: no way you can connect your phone😊

One of the best hotels I’ve been to in the recent years. The modern design and the cozy atmosphere makes it a dream location for calm and tranquil vacation. A charming small and affordable B & B. The family is very welcoming and speak good English. In the evening I had a few beers on the terrace with one of the sons who took care of a tour the next day. At noon I was allowed to join the dinner. The next day I could ride to Lake Sevan where he found a simple guesthouse for me. Simply splendid.

+ Beautiful place. The nature is amazing, food is very tasty. Interesting places for small hiking. Lower floors for pregnant. - The rooms need a bit renovation. They don't have everything that's written on the menu, for example: Ice cream, so they can have seasonal menus.

We went to the hotel to work from their conference hall and it was very comfortable, everything is ready, you just need to start your work. But the most important part is the air, nature, and food!
