I stayed at this hotel recently and was disappointed by the lack of basic amenities and services. The room had no internet access, which is practically essential for travelers today. The bathroom only provided basic soap with no conditioner, and the TV was of such poor quality that it was barely watchable. No conditioner in rooms. For the price paid, the value proposition simply doesn't add up. When you're paying for hotel accommodations, you expect certain standard amenities to be included, and this property falls well short of those expectations. I cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers. There are likely better options in Armenia that offer proper internet connectivity, complete bathroom amenities, and functioning entertainment systems at a similar or better price point. Save yourself the frustration and book elsewhere.

The conditions encountered by our team and high-level guests forced us to consider alternative hotel options and even an early return to Yerevan. The most pressing issue was a pervasive bug infestation in guest rooms, which was particularly distressing for our participants, including European experts and government representatives. One guest alone reported over 50 bugs in her room, with insects found on the bed and pillows. In addition, inadequate room heating led some guests to sleep in winter hats and scarves, and some even shared rooms to stay warm, despite multiple polite requests for assistance that, unfortunately, went unaddressed. On top of these issues, I was dismayed by the unprofessional response of the event manager, Vanik. When I raised concerns about the insects, he responded dismissively and in an extremely aggressive manner, without offering any constructive solutions. The following day, he was entirely unreachable and did not come to the hotel, leaving only the front desk receptionist, who, despite his limited authority, made a genuine effort to assist. This receptionist, who can confirm the issues noted, was helpful and tried to address the situation to the best of his ability. The lack of cleanliness in rooms compounded the discomfort. Participants reported finding human hair on their bedding, further underscoring the lack of basic hygiene and quality control. Such oversights are unacceptable, especially when hosting high-level government officials and international guests.

One of the worst hotel. Very very cold rooms and full of firebugs even on the bed. Maybe this is nature but there is a limit! Management was denying the problems and was even agressive with colleagues who were complaining .I will never go again even if the view is very beautiful.

We were part of a group. Most evenings after 7 PM there was barely any food left while dinner is supposed to be served from 6 to 8 PM. The rooms are not cleaned unless you requested it. The location is great, nice swimming pool also.
