I spent two nights in Laguna Hotel. At first I was accommodated in room with acute cigarette odour after complain they moved me into another room- more spacious.
Generally speaking hotel is clean, personnel is kind and helpful. Bathrooms are clean, spacious.
In my opinion breakfast menu is quite "narrow" but I and my belly we were satisfied with it.

The Hotel is a modern building a few kilometers away from the Centre of Vanadzor. Very clean with spacious rooms. The room was very clear, Breakfast was good the service and staff were very good The Staff is kind enough but speaks very basic English. Recommended to anyone visiting Vanadzor, and have a green area with a swimming pool. The swimming pool is a little bit small but it is good for children. and a barbecue corner, so Armenian families spend the week-end here.

Great place. Clean. Calm. However there are few improvements that could be done. Wish to have better service in restaurant. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Prices the Best in the region. Recommended with children.

Hotel Laguna is a great place to stay. Loved it here!!!!
Hotel administrator/ front desk Gayane 👍 was great. And so was restaurant server Tiko👍 (half Armenian, half Spanish who speaks 5-6 languages).
Food was also delicious (too bad I forgot to take photos)

Modern, new great hotel in Vanadzor. Clean, reasonable prices for one of the best hotel we met in Armenia.
