Ani Resort in Artavaz

Absolutely horrible conditions. I used to come here 15 years ago, decided to visit this place once again for the old memories. Nothing has been renovated every since. The toilet in the room is broken and we couldn't flush the water, the water in the shower comes yellow and with dirt, the jacuzzi is cold, the food is bad. I DO NOT recommend you go there if you want a peaceful stay.

A nice relaxing resort, but a big boring, a lot of open green space, if they put some hammocks, some comfortable chairs on the green maybe a swing or two, you can have a relaxing peaceful weekend, but the only chairs we found were a few plastic chairs which we had to fight over with other guests they had a guitar evening which was so loud in the reception we had to leave, a great idea would of been if they had done it outside around a fire with some comfortable chairs for example. The rooms were clean but a bit Soviet style, the staff was courteous but the management needs to be inventive to attract people to come back. Would not come again without a few minor but necessary changes.

Beautiful nature around, but I had a bad experience:
with a discount I paid 28K AMD ($58) (which is very expensive) and it wasn't worth it.
It was my birthday (Dec. 21) and we planned to have good rest, the hotel was almost empty, sauna not working, pool water very cold, bubbling pool was also cold and got turned on only after us asking. Fitting rooms next to the pool were also very cold, almost freezing, only one of two showers next to the ladie's fitting room had hot water, none of two showers at men's fitting room had hot water. My husband couldn't take shower.

Later in the evening we were told that the dinner is going to be held in Karaoke hall (restaurant-like space) and the time of dinner was changed.
We came to have dinner, saw around 60 people, owners, the personnel having a party in the karaoke hall. Very loud awful music, crazy environment, lots of food, all was awfully disturbing.
It turned out the personnel was having a new year party and they decided to unite the dinner for guests with the party. Of course it was very kind of them, but NOT PROFESSIONAL!

Nobody asked us if we would like to join the party or have dinner separately.
Music was so loud we came to our room and couldn't sleep.
