Great location if you are in Lori and want to explore the natural beauty of the province. The hotel is very clean and new, and both the price and service are appropriate for what you get.

Our room was big and bright with a nice view of the church. Everything was spotlessly clean. Sound insulation is excellent as the walls that divide the rooms are thick and solid. I stayed one night in Vallex Hotel. This building was originally the administrative office of Alaverdi Copper Smelting Plant. After shutdown of the plant in 2018, this building was then converted to the current hotel and cafe last year. A very nice, new hotel. Clean. The hotel is located in renovated former factory buildings. A major drawback is that it has no elevator, even though it's four stories high, and there's no staff to carry luggage. Free parking. Breakfast is very good. The restaurant staff is professional.

We spent a very comfortable two nights at this lovely hotel. It has a luxurious feeling and the rooms, beds, towels are ready good quality. Receptionists very helpful and fluent in English. Simply magnificent place! All and everything is clean and cared-for, all the utilities work perfectly, food (breakfast, dinner, coffee, jams etc.) tasty and everything with a special twist. Also the area is very beautiful and good for hiking.

Guest house has 2 triple rooms. They are very spacious, very clean , with all amenities and the most important with excellent views . The only problem is that the location is isolated, difficult to find and the road at the last 300 metes is very very bad.

I stayed a couple of nights in one of the cottages. Such a nice place, beautiful viewing from my bed, and soooo good to come back from a long day visiting all the monasteries in the neighborhood and get to a full packed table with. We booked a room through Booking when we arrived nobody really knew about it. The price was also unknown to the staff. However, the staff was very nice and helpful. I spent two nights in Laguna Hotel. At first I was accommodated in room with acute cigarette odour after complain they moved me into another room- more spacious. Generally speaking hotel is clean, personnel is kind and helpful. Bathrooms are clean, spacious. In my opinion breakfast menu is quite "narrow" but I and my belly we were satisfied with it.
