Really good stay, guy at the reception was very friendly and helpful. He recommended good local restaurants and beer. Hotel is approximately 1,5km from city centre so if you like to have a walk its great. It is located in quiet area and room is pretty clean. Breakfast were great, there were many choices such as eggs, bread, ham/cheese, local food, sweets, yoghurt, coffee, tea, juice, fruits and everything was tasty. Value for money is definitely worth it.

Very clean and modern, lovely stuff and everything well organized. The location make you discovering yerevan while you are walking toward the center Strongly Recommend it.

Modern stay in the heart of Yerevan. Extremely well kept and neat, probably around 15-20min walk all around to the city's attractions and markets. Neat rooms and washrooms. Has all the amenities that are required. Good value in the heart of the city. Staff was very courteous and friendly

I like the hotel. Location is 20 mins walk from the city center, which was good for me, being w/o family, and I had an additional exercise every day :) Although the hotel is not big, new, beautiful, or clean, the personnel were friendly and very responsive. Since breakfast was not included in my booking, I had breakfast in the city, which was also good because I tried different good breakfast and coffee places. The room was clean, had air conditioning, and a safe. I also liked the roof with nice evening light, where you can sit in the evening. I had fun watching a movie on my laptop.

We spent only one night and We have been upgraded to one of the best room available which was very appreciated. The breakfast is super, with a lot of different choices. I cannot give the max rate because We have been told that the roof top bar was working 24 Hours but when We went there (10pm) it was closed but it looked like the last cocktail seen in that bar was last summer…. Staff not much welcoming except for the night guy

The hotel is very nice... still new. Boutique... Excellent and helpful staff. Very close to the centre. Extremely clean. It was a pleasure to stay there. I recommend it.
