Went horseback riding and hiking in the region and this was a great place to stay! The rooms were perfect and the balcony was a great addition. We also ate dinner here and it was delicious for a great price. Staff was very helpful and kind, always willing to help.

One of the best B&B's in Armenia. The hosting family: Sergo, Azniv, Vahe and Astghik are very friendly, and will do all they can so you can have great time while staying there. The rooms are very clean, breakfast is amazing. We were there in November, but the lace was very warm and cozy. Highly recommended!

Just great. Cozy place, lovely hosts (she speaks good French, and from what I could tell both of them speak good Russian). Clean rooms and bathrooms, beautiful garden (you might get fresh eggs from the hens they keep there) . Not far from the house you can start a beautiful hike that will take you to Kobayr though the Debed gorge. I definitely recommend it.

After 5 days of traveling around Georgia and changing 4 hotels, we ended up at the Palermo Hotel in Armenia in the city of Vanadzor and were delighted with the coziness of comfort and warm welcome. We booked a room through Booking when we arrived nobody really knew about it. The price was also unknown to the staff. However, the staff was very nice and helpful. There is also a breakfast offered, which was fine. The rooms are comfortable enough for one night. The hotel is not far from the main road, the access road is extremely steep.
