Old City Hotel Alaverdi in Alaverdi

We had a really nice surprise with this hotel. We arrived late and were welcomed warmly. The receptionist didnt speak any English, but he called the manager and she looked after as. Rooms are nice and clean. There was as well a common kitchen. Nice place for industrial tourism and close UNESCO monasteries.

A good hotel. The service is excellent. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The staff is friendly and attentive. We were very pleased with the breakfasts. The view from the room is incredible.

A nice hotel in Alaverdi. Extremely nice staff even upgraded us to a more expensive room for free. The rooms are clean, and rhe food is hearty and delicious. They offer also lunch boxes. Would reccomend if staying in Alaverdi!:)

We have lived in this hotel for more than a month, it has become our home
Of the pluses - the price, polite staff, we were given tables to work in the room, this is wonderful, because we both work remotely and without tables in any way. Clean, they clean the rooms on demand, the cleaner does not take tips, we lived together and they gave us a spacious room with our own shower and toilet. The staff helps to solve various problems - for example, they helped me find a dentist.

Cons - a monotonous breakfast, we were very tired of it for a month of living. Basically, these are eggs in the form of scrambled eggs or simply boiled, sausage, tea / coffee without milk, bread, jam, sour cream and cottage cheese.
Optionally, you can replace it with semolina or oatmeal.

WiFi for video calls is weak, and video calls are very important to me for work

Hot water sometimes runs out but heats up quickly

I recommend the hotel, probably this is the best place to live in Alaverdi

We booked a room through Booking when we arrived nobody really knew about it. The price was also unknown to the staff. However, the staff was very nice and helpful. There is also a breakfast offered, which was fine. The rooms are comfortable enough for one night. The hotel is not far from the main road, the access road is extremely steep.

Its nice hotel just when your room is near to the road its getting noisy.

New clean and cheap family and very convenient for outing for those who just want to sleep
