Great location, several restaurants nearby and a descent to the trail to the waterfall. Very quiet place, picturesque view. There is parking. Wonderful, very friendly and welcoming staff. We booked a standard, but they gave us a suite at no extra charge. The rooms match the photos. Good breakfasts, buffet: scrambled eggs, sausages, cold cuts, porridge, cookies, cereal, tea and coffee. A nice girl-administrator...
Very clean and quiet place. Food is amazing. Staff is very polite and helpful.
One of the best and most economical places to stay at if you’re going to Jermuk.
The food is not good, staff is friendly, rooms are nice

The hosts are incredibly friendly and nice. We had a great time there. They shared dinner and breakfast with us. Very good location, close to the center and main attractions. It is a very comfortable place to stay.
