This hotel is amazing with the best service and professional staff. The rooms are renovated, very clean and luxurious. Very pleasant and peaceful atmosphere. Library was perfect, you can spend hours there, game zone, pool. Hotel is located in the centre of the city. This is one of the best hotels ever visited. Will definitely come back.

This was the best hotel I have ever visited. I am extremely grateful to the accompanying staff, the medical team, the cleaners, and the cooks — everyone was very caring and attentive. The hotel has been totally renovated and is absolutely gorgeous. You get a feeling of safety and peace and quiet there. It is impeccably clean, has a gorgeous staircase, a great swimming pool and an excellent restaurant. Our room on the fifth floor had a view of the mountains. It is quite a luxurious hotel , and well worth it.

A good health resort if you like mineral waters. Physiotherapy, which not only helps to relax, but also treats joint diseases. Friendly staff and excellent service. Daily free transfer to mineral water sources. Good cuisine and three meals a day.

I’m currently staying at the Jermuk Moscow Health Resort, and it’s been amazing! The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, the food is delicious and healthy, and there are so many great health procedures to try. Rooms are warm, and are cleaned everyday. The peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings make it the perfect place to relax and recharge. Highly recommend!

Our stay in Armenia was short, but it's worth coming to this hotel for 1-2 weeks. The resort is all-inclusive, the food is healthy, the rooms are spacious. On the first day we had a doctor appointment where he recommended a couple of treatments based on your health issues. The internet is good. Overall we enjoyed the service and the place.

I found the place cold and impersonal. The only time I saw an English speaking member of staff was on check in. I went down to reception numerous times but it was usually empty, so I was not able to find out about treatments available. A nostalgic place reminiscent of the Soviet Union of yesteryear. Very well-maintained and maintained, the stay is fresh and relaxing. The structure has been renovated but retains its charm. If you're looking for absolute tranquility and a slow pace, this is the place to come.

This is an exceptional place to spend your holiday. Everything was spot on from rooms to service. The food was incredible with lots of good quality choices. Special thanks to the General Manager Gevorg who wend beyond his duty and has organasied a special event for my parents. This is what makes this place unique. The staff, the location is great, but the bed covers in the most expensive rooms are awful. It’s high time the manager changed them. The clearness of the rooms were awful this year though paying nearly 79$ per night. The massage rooms were awful as well. They were too tiny and noisy.No privacy at all.

I sent my mother and aunt for 14 days. To say that we are happy is to say nothing. The attitude is wonderful, the food is fresh and homemade. Be prepared that I have national dishes, but everything is mega tasty and with the feeling that it was cooked especially for you. There are not many procedures, but those that are good. It is a nice place with reasonable price to stay in Jermuk, although it is more of a hospital than a hotel. Beds were small for two people, but rooms were clean and services were good. Breakfast was good and it is near the centre walking of many places. I recommend you do the four by four trip to the mountains.

The location, the water and procedures are nice! Very bad regarding the service! The restaurant gives - "home" style food it's ok not something special with many idiotic approaches. The worst is their stupid sovetic RULES. They forget it's a resort and they must provide SERVICE. An example they haven't given the bottle of water and arguing it's not every day service 😂😂

I did not stay in this hotel but I visited its beautician Gayan who was excellent. I did Botox with her and it was the best I’ve ever done, and price is so much cheaper than in the US or Europe. She is also trained in other treatment such as bio-revitalisation, threads, fillers as well as regular facials . I highly recommend her if you are in the area.

We came here to have dinner. The stuff was extremely friendly and the dishes were so tasty. There was a large variety of products and quite many salads. We are really happy that there is such a great hotel in Armenia. It would only be nice if swimming pool was a bit bigger.
