The hotel was stunning and with absolute great service from the Spa procedures until the facilities which are available such as the gym, billiards table and even a chapel at the top of the hotel. The view and location is perfect for nature enthusiasts with pine trees and mountains at every corner.

A wonderful hotel! I especially want to mention the reception staff. Even though we only stayed for two nights, they checked us in 2.5 hours early, gave us a corner room with a gorgeous view, and gave us champagne to celebrate our honeymoon. A luxurious spa hotel in the resort town of Jermuk. The hotel is large and beautiful. It's not new, but it's well-maintained, clean, and odor-free. This hotel is very good, including three meals, which are also very rich. The taste is good, but the coffee is terrible. Jermuk is such a beautiful town. I'll come again in the fall if I have the chance.

The best thing with this hotel room that we had selected was the amazing view over the valley/river, breakfast was good , the receptionist/manager Kristine was very helpful and very welcoming the guests, free car park available walking distance to supermarkets restaurants and the small city center.

I did not stay in this hotel but I visited its beautician Gayan who was excellent. I did Botox with her and it was the best I’ve ever done, and price is so much cheaper than in the US or Europe. She is also trained in other treatment such as bio-revitalisation, threads, fillers as well as regular facials . I highly recommend her if you are in the area.

We came here to have dinner. The stuff was extremely friendly and the dishes were so tasty. There was a large variety of products and quite many salads. We are really happy that there is such a great hotel in Armenia. It would only be nice if swimming pool was a bit bigger.

Pretty run-off-the-mill hotel, typical 3-star. None of the staff spoke any English, but tried to assist where possible. There's no lift, but I got room #3 which was easy. OK standard room with double bed ; housekeeping had left the pillow covers off, which exposed the grubby pillows. recently stayed at verona hotel in Jermuk, Armenia, and it was a fantastic experience. The mountain location is breathtaking, the staff is welcoming. This hotel is great, the staff is nice, the rooms are clean and warm during winter. The rooms are taken care of. There is also a restourant around the parking area which has the best food, and definitely hits the vibe just hanging out with your friends when there is no one in the restourant and you are drinking tea. Definitely reccomend this hotel to all travelers to Jermuk.

I sent my mother and aunt for 14 days. To say that we are happy is to say nothing. The attitude is wonderful, the food is fresh and homemade. Be prepared that I have national dishes, but everything is mega tasty and with the feeling that it was cooked especially for you. There are not many procedures, but those that are good. The room is huge and comfortable. There is a swimming pool, a good one too...

It is a nice place with reasonable price to stay in Jermuk, although it is more of a hospital than a hotel. Beds were small for two people, but rooms were clean and services were good. Breakfast was good and it is near the centre walking of many places. I recommend you do the four by four trip to the mountains.

Beautiful nature, nice views, calm and quite. You can hear birds and the sound of water. Peace of mind to the external.
