The hosts are incredibly friendly and nice. We had a great time there. They shared dinner and breakfast with us. Very good location, close to the center and main attractions. It is a very comfortable place to stay.

Great location, several restaurants nearby and a descent to the trail to the waterfall. Very quiet place, picturesque view. There is parking. Wonderful, very friendly and welcoming staff. We booked a standard, but they gave us a suite at no extra charge. The rooms match the photos. Good breakfasts, buffet: scrambled eggs, sausages, cold cuts, porridge, cookies, cereal, tea and coffee. A nice girl-administrator...
Very clean and quiet place. Food is amazing. Staff is very polite and helpful.
One of the best and most economical places to stay at if you’re going to Jermuk.

The house consists of two floors, each floor is rented separately, we lived on the second floor, separate entrance. Very cozy and a wonderful view from the windows, there is a terrace, in good weather it is great to sit there. In the house a rocking chair and a fireplace add atmosphere. Gorgeous nature all around. In the yard for children and a sandbox, and swings
During our stay the pool was closed...
