The room wasn't large, but it was very practical; the breakfast was incredibly generous, and it was conveniently located right next to Republic Square and the metro. There were also many shops, restaurants, a flea market, and a Carrefour supermarket nearby. Highly recommended.

The room was fairly basic, lacking USB charging ports, but there were convenient supermarkets nearby. The staff were very friendly. The Italian restaurant across from the hotel was especially delicious. Therefore, don't book hotel breakfast in advance.

Once you check in, you will find a serious problem that there is NO electric kettle for hot water. Every time you want to have a little hot water, you have to beg some after taking a long way to the 3rd floor or the lobby, no matter how tired and thirsty you are.

The room is spacious and comes with a paid minibar. I would definitely book here again next time. The only downside is that the street in front is very narrow, making vehicle access a bit difficult. However, the breakfast was abundant and varied.

We stayed for 7 nights at Holiday Inn Yerevan. The hotel has an excellent location, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The sleep quality was very good, with comfortable beds ensuring proper rest. However, housekeeping service needs improvement, as it did not consistently meet expectations. Overall, a good stay with a great location advantage.

I stayed one night over the weekend. The location was very convenient, close to Republic Square. The hotel staff were friendly and the room was clean. However, there was construction work going on in part of the hotel, and the construction noise was loud from morning to night, making it difficult to sleep.
