A very nice place with great value for money, perfectly located, amazing view from the room to the city and the mountains. The team is kind and friendly. The rooms offer good comfort, and the breakfast is very rich, diverse, and complete. The hotel has a slightly old-fashioned style, but it adds a lot of charm. The sauna and swimming pool are included, which is a real bonus.

It's the biggest hotel in Yerevan in terms of rooms and it's a relic from the Soviet times, but since then they've refurbished it, although it still gas a Soviet era feel.

The room wasn't large, but it was very practical; the breakfast was incredibly generous, and it was conveniently located right next to Republic Square and the metro. There were also many shops, restaurants, a flea market, and a Carrefour supermarket nearby. Highly recommended.

The room was fairly basic, lacking USB charging ports, but there were convenient supermarkets nearby. The staff were very friendly. The Italian restaurant across from the hotel was especially delicious. Therefore, don't book hotel breakfast in advance.

Overall a good experience. All the standard Ibis features are in place. The property is well-kept, everything is fine. Housekeeping does a great job too - so no worries. Once you check in, you will find a serious problem that there is NO electric kettle for hot water. Every time you want to have a little hot water, you have to beg some after taking a long way to the 3rd floor or the lobby, no matter how tired and thirsty you are.

The room is spacious and comes with a paid minibar. I would definitely book here again next time. The only downside is that the street in front is very narrow, making vehicle access a bit difficult. However, the breakfast was abundant and varied.

Good location is the only plus. The room was very small. Basic amenities were missing: no shampoo in the shower. I asked twice for a toothbrush and toiletries, but they never arrived. Cannot recommend due to poor service and cramped rooms.

We stayed for 7 nights at Holiday Inn Yerevan. The hotel has an excellent location, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The sleep quality was very good, with comfortable beds ensuring proper rest. However, housekeeping service needs improvement, as it did not consistently meet expectations. Overall, a good stay with a great location advantage.

The hotel has a great location near the republic square, the service is great, shops and stores are a walking distance. All city attraction are 10-15min from the hotel. The staff is great, i asked for a late checkout it was so easy, they were very welcoming.

I took this hotel for one night. The hotel is located in the park on the Highland of the city. You can have a nice walk around in the morning before the breakfast. This is not our first time staying at this hotel. The location is very convenient, the rooms are clean, the breakfasts are varied.

A good hotel in the city center. It's worth the 5,000 rubles/night. The reception staff and maids are excellent. The decor is a bit dated, especially the bathroom. The rear of the hotel overlooks an unsightly courtyard—keep that in mind.

I stayed one night over the weekend. The location was very convenient, close to Republic Square. The hotel staff were friendly and the room was clean. However, there was construction work going on in part of the hotel, and the construction noise was loud from morning to night, making it difficult to sleep.
