SLH is a fantastic hotel chain. This hotel is good, but you don't feel that it's a luxury hotel despite it being very chic and beautiful. The service didn't match the expectations and standards set by my stays in SLH hotels around the world.

If you want a quiet night's sleep, be sure to communicate with the hotel in advance and avoid staying on this side. I arrived at the hotel around 11 PM and checked into room 402. It was incredibly noisy; there were two telephone exchanges outside the window, and even with the window closed, there was a resonance. Because I arrived late and was very tired, I didn't bother to change hotels. I originally planned to sleep in a bit longer the next day, but I couldn't get a proper rest at all. However, I felt that as an SHL member, the hotel should have inquired and informed me beforehand. So, I quickly changed hotels the next day. The hotel facilities were also mediocre; the shower drain was slow. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience. It's also strange that this hotel is listed on the official SHL app but cannot be booked for any date, while it shows as available on Ctrip. After staying there, I suspect that I might have been removed from the SHL membership.

The location wasn't specified, and the facilities were outdated. I witnessed an Armenian wedding; I was immediately drawn to the roses – understated luxury. There's a fountain downstairs in the hotel; you can sit and relax there in the evening.

Excellent location of the hotel. All attractions are within walking distance. Friendly staff and a luxurious breakfast. I recommend the hotel for staying in Yerevan.
