Very good, clean hotel. The downsides were the lack of variety at breakfast (but that's minor) and the terrible soundproofing—you could hear absolutely everything happening in other rooms/on other floors.

I stayed there for a night and the receptionist guy names Minas was an angle there which helped a lot and spoke a decent English language.. Minas is the best.❤️❤️

Needed a room for the night that was not in the center. Room was very large and clean. Breakfast was included but I didn't eat it because I had to leave earlier than breakfast hour.

The staff at this hotel are very kind and the location is good, with walkable distances to the sights of central Yerevan. The hotel has some shortcomings. The air circulation in my room was poor. There was always a stale smell. The windows could not be opened and running the ventilation fans in the ceiling made no difference. The fans were too noisy to use at night. Delicious food, friendly staff, convenient transportation

It has been a pleasure stay as a first time tourist in armenia. Although the facility can be more enhanced. But the friendly and very accommodating staff makes the experience perfect. Id like to commend Rusana, Armine, Sarquis and Armen . Kudos to them for making our stay memorable. Its a hotel but it feels like home. We didnt even feel that we're in a different country.

I rate 5 star to this hotel by considering this is a 3 star hotel. A clean hotel with very nice stuffs. Break fast is normal. Great location just straight to the public square. Super nice but quaint hotel, in a terrific location to visit the beautiful city. Not everyone is fluent in English, but helpful and kind (using translators on a phone if needed) they have 1 other similar place in Yerevan, and a beautiful sister hotel in Gyumri. Highly recommend if you want something else than a standard hotel!

The hotel exceeded all our expectations! Its location is excellent—just a few minutes’ walk from Republic Square. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very well equipped. We experienced a few minor inconveniences during our stay, but the hotel staff were always available and, above all, professional. They truly made us feel safe, welcome, and right at home!

The employees are extremely professional and kind, they quickly solved the problems we had. Also, the hotel is in a prime location, about a hundred meters from the main square. The room was clean and the view was phenomenal from the balcony to the street (it has a very nice flag on it). If I ever come to Armenia again, I will choose this hotel again. The location is perfect, service also good. My main complaint is about the noise as the rooms face the street and it is on the first floor. The windows isolation is poor. I could not sleep due to the cars passing by. I guess if it is not a problem for you, it might be a good option.

I really liked the place. It's a cozy place with renovated rooms. It's close to Republic Square. You can wander and explore the city easily. Our room had a balcony so we could smoke. The reception was super friendly and helpful. Our room was too hot, they sent someone who serviced the AC quickly and gave us an extra fan.

Good quiet place near vernisage

This is a beautiful, charming hotel in the heart of Yerevan's Kentron district. It's right across from Vernissage, an open-air market. Amazing hotel for the value. Breakfast is delicious, the rooms are great, everything is clean and feels very modern. The spa facilities are very cosy and conveniently placed in one room, so it's possible to easily shuffle between them. The mountains view from the window is an icing on the cake. It's on par with top hotels in the center but for a much lower price.

A cozy hotel located a bit out of the city center (a 20-minute taxi ride to the central square). The staff is attentive and can offer helpful tips on excursions and other activities. The breakfasts are filling, but I'd like more variety and a larger selection of fruit (we only had peaches and grapes, along with a fruit salad). Maison Heritage is a small, quiet hotel right near the bustling Cascade, with a friendly staff.

Very lovely hotel and very friendly staff. Beautiful and clean. So close to cascade. They let us store our bags for a mini trip. Definitely worth money and would stay again on return to yuravan.

I had a wonderful day in Armenia with Maison Heritage Hotel as ifs near to everything in the city especially close to Cascades and North Avenue. We are two bicycle routers and need a quiet place after all the adventures. Red Hot is the best value for your money. Clean rooms and quiet(our window was towards the yard). Also we needed a save place for our bicycles and the yard was perfect for it. They have an inviting pool as well, but we didn't use it. The city center is easily reachable on foot. We had a great stay.

The towels were dazzlingly clean. As were the bedsheets. The mattresses, however, quite possibly predate my grandmother. We also wasn’t expecting to share the apartment with cockroaches - hopefully they paid their share.

Tge location of the hotel was great. It is near center like by an 10 minutes on foot you will be in republic square. The hotel has a great pool with beautiful yard. It was worth of satying. I spent 3 nights in this hotel, just steps from Koryun Street, in an excellent location. Its location is precisely the hotel's strong point. I honestly can't give a positive review of the 3 nights, quite the opposite! The incessant noise of the refrigerator running all night is still ringing in my ears... But maybe that was the only problem... Have you ever seen anyone sleep in August at almost 40...

There is a big supermarket next to the hotel where you can exchange RMB. There is very little RMB that can be exchanged in Armenia. You can buy a lot of things in the supermarket. The room is very big and the price is very cost-effective.

It's a decent hotel for a one-night stay. The only problem is that not all rooms have windows, and mine had no ventilation, which made it smell musty. So, only book a room with a window.

We spent two days and one night at the hotel. We were just passing through. We really liked the hotel. The friendly receptionist, Rosa, makes delicious coffee! Excellent breakfasts and comfortable beds. The room has everything you need. There's an Armenian church nearby, as well as plenty of cafes and shops.
