I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, the food was absolutely delicious, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made my experience even more special.
A heartfelt thank to Lilit, who brightened my day with her warm smile and amazing coconut milk coffee every morning. She is truly kind, cheerful, and attentive — a real gem!

From check-in to check-out, the team was kindness in human form. Every question answered with a smile, every interaction easy and genuine. No stiff, scripted hospitality energy. Just warmth.
And then… the birthday surprise. A “little big” gesture that completely caught me off guard and made my day. The cake they prepared was not just thoughtful, it was genuinely delicious. Soft, fresh, and clearly made with care. It wasn’t a token slice on a plate, it felt like a celebration.
As if that wasn’t enough, they also surprised us with baklavas for our anniversary. And not the dry, forgettable kind. Proper, flaky, syrupy perfection. The sweetest way to mark the occasion.
The room was comfortable with an amazing view of the garden below, the location good, and the overall vibe just easy and welcoming.
Breakfast deserves a mention too. While the spread wasn’t massive, everything was fresh, tasty, and well done. Quality over quantity, and it showed.

Stayed at Holiday Inn Express Yerevan and honestly had a really smooth experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and super comfortable. Rooms are well-designed, quiet, and perfect both for rest and work. The staff were friendly and helpful every time,fast check-in, no stress, good vibes overall. Breakfast was solid with a nice variety, everything fresh and organized. Location is a big plus: close to the center, easy to move around the city, restaurants and cafés nearby. If you want a reliable, comfortable place in Yerevan without overpaying this one hits.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express Yerevan was absolutely delightful! The room was spotless and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was quiet and cozy – exactly what we were looking for on our romantic getaway. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, even recommending local restaurants and attractions which made our trip even better. Everything, from cleanliness to ambiance and service, exceeded our expectations. This is definitely our top choice for hotels in Yerevan, and we'll certainly be staying here again on our next visit!

I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express Yerevan. The hotel is modern, clean, and located in a great area — everything is within walking distance. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast was much better than I expected for an express-style hotel.
I also want to give special thanks to Syuzi at the reception. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. She made the check-in smooth, answered all my questions, and gave me great recommendations for the city. Her positive attitude truly made my stay even better.
