Positives: English and Russian speaking staff at the reception , they gave a hostel tour in the beginning and then moved us to our mini-hotel which is in the opposite side of the Yerevan hostel. Basically , it's underground and here are a few giant rooms with a bathroom inside. Breakfast is included , it's from 9 to 11am. You can also cook and make tea in the kitchen yourself or store food in the fridge. Laundry is done for an additional fee.
Breakfast served first day included pastry with delicious apricot jam , coffee and tea. We had to ask for scrambled eggs and they served it. The next day we asked for eggs and salad.
Unfortunately, first we were told there was no salad by a receptionist in the mini-hotel , but thanks to a man who also works there we got our salad. And then overall there were some mssing minor service details that make your stay a good one on the whole. Like we asked to clean the room and change towels. However , when we got back in a few hours to the room the towels were not changed but the room and bathroom was clean.
