Guest House Druzhba in Yerevan

There are very few downsides: poor soundproofing from neighbors, old, creaky beds, and difficulty finding the guesthouse itself, especially if it's your first time and late (Maps.me didn't help; there's no sign and no lighting at the entrance). Otherwise, it's a great place where they simply give you the keys to your room and you don't have to worry about anything else.

My friend and I stayed here in the winter of 2017 and really enjoyed the place. It was cozy, conveniently located, and the owner was friendly and responsive to all our requests, even taking us on an excursion to the mountains and Lake Sevan.

I was the only guest, so I had the whole house to myself. It was very cozy. It had a separate entrance from the street and a beautiful garden. The host, Avik, was very helpful, attentive, polite, and welcoming. There was a kitchen. Although the house wasn't very clean and cool, it didn't spoil the overall impression. The house is located in a quiet area, yet it's just 5 minutes from the metro. There's a 24-hour supermarket nearby with an excellent exchange rate and plenty of bakeries. I recommend it. 👍
