The room is large, the facilities are high-end, the service is warm and thoughtful, and the sanitary products are of good quality; the hotel is in a great location, convenient for city walk; the breakfast is rich and of good quality

Everything is average except the location. Use Yandex to take a taxi from the airport, otherwise it's a scam. The location is OK, not far from the stairs, and other low-end domestic express levels.

Great hotel and location..biggest room I ever stayed in Yerevan.. Very comfy bed and spacious bathroom Didn't try breakfast.. Overall great all, only area of improvement would be the noisy air conditioning but winter is coming anyway

I have to comment on this. I saw someone comment before booking that the room was not what I wanted. So I bought cancellation insurance for 60 yuan. After arriving, I insisted on looking at the room first. The room 308 on the third floor that I was taken to see was simply uninhabitable. The window was blocked by a building next door. I told the front desk that someone had complained before that they...

The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and pretty. She fed us fruits when we checked in. The location is excellent and you can reach the surrounding attractions on foot. The room decoration is a bit old, but it is acceptable.

This hotel is close to the Grand Staircase in Yerevan and has a great location, but it is located in an old neighborhood with dim lights at night. There is also a subway passing through the hotel underground, and there is noise every time the subway passes by. Everything else is good, such as breakfast, front desk service, etc.

Excellent location only one block from Cascade complex. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Room and bathroom were very small with little room for storage. Our room on top (5th) floor had terrific view of Mount Ararat. Friendly breakfast staff.

Friendly staff, especially the young guy with a beard. Unfortunately, I didn't remember his name. Thank him for his help. Friendly women at breakfast, friendly. The breakfasts themselves are normal. You can ask to make coffee, delicious sausages, brisket. Of the minuses, the pastries were not very fresh, there was not enough cottage cheese casserole or syrniki. There is no welcome water, in the refrigerator...

Convenient location in the center of Yerevan, next to the Cascade architectural complex. And at the same time, a quiet and peaceful place. Friendly staff. Cleanliness, order. Decent breakfasts. From the window of the room on the fifth floor there is an amazing view of Ararat. Galina, Alexey.

Central, but in a quiet location, a stone's throw from the Cafesjian contemporary art museum. Spacious room, the bathroom, or rather the toilet not so spacious, enclosed in a niche which can become problematic for people of a certain size. Excellent location on a quiet street behind the Cascade. Very responsive staff, always ready to help. A great place for a relaxing holiday in Yerevan!

Great little family run boutique hotel/guesthouse close to cascade and a short walk from the city centre. Owner Artak and his family are all very kind and friendly. The access to the property is via stairs in one of the older neighbourhoods of yerevan. Rooms can be a little warm however for the price its an absolute bargain and the hospitality is second to non.

The room is very clean and has a refrigerator, washing machine and kitchen supplies. The only bad thing is that the fan is not cool enough and the location is halfway up the mountain. acceptable

This is a family hotel. It's on a mountain. You can't get to the door by taxi. You have to climb up about 30 narrow steps. It's very inconvenient for people with large luggage. In addition, all rooms do not have air conditioning. In the hot summer months, the room temperature is 30°C, making it impossible to sleep. There is an open-air balcony. You can wash clothes and cook.

It's great, the location is on the mountain, the view is unbeatable, the host is very nice, the room is fully equipped, I even used the washing machine to wash my clothes

A guest house with four rooms is in the process of finishing, some little things are still missing - hooks for outerwear in the hallway, a light switch by the bed. Its a good place given the price being under 40 dollars. Its clean, seems to be recently renovated and the staff are great! Dont expect a breakfast buffet, 24 hour room service with a swimming pool and jacuzzi for that price.

Property is located at an excellent location (about 5 min walk to the Republic square and adjacent to the President's residence I was told) - though getting in and out is via a small lane. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was big and clean too. The breakfast was served in the room and was very good. I am not sure how, but some parts of the floor were heated...

Don't let the decadent exterior of the building fool you. This hotel is great. Nice, clean, spacious and newly renovated room. Very helpful and friendly stuff. Conversation is English is not a problem. Breakfast is okay but could be a bit more varied.

Super place in the heart of town, with really friendly, knowledgeable and English-speaking staff. What a great introduction to Yerevan! (May 2016)

It's very cheap: laundry, shower, hair dryer, breakfast included to total price. Workers are friendly and rooms are clean. And the best thing is it's in the very central location

Cheap, clean, nice staff, fantastic breakfast and laundry included in the price. If you need they can borrow you flip flops or hair dryer. I can definitely recommend. The only bad thing was only one bathroom.
