Classic Ibis - that's why people choose it, no surprises here. Standard room with everything you need. Quiet enough, despite the fact that it's in the very center of the city. Check-in seemed quite long, but not critical. They clean every day, sometimes until 9 am, which was a bit early for me personally. Overall, it meets all expectations.

The room was better than expected, clean and tidy. I had a bad experience staying in Tbilisi before. I looked at many hotels in Yerevan and thought they were all average. In the end, I decided to stay at Ibis and was quite satisfied with the result. The surrounding attractions are all within walking distance.

The location of the hotel is very good, there is a huge flea market right at the back door. The flea market sells a variety of handmade jewelry and local art, which is well worth visiting. There is a large supermarket downstairs from the hotel, as well as many small restaurants facing the street. You can reach the museum and Place de la République within a few steps. Very nice hotel, the room is big, the ceiling is high, and the sound insulation is good. The breakfast is OK, but unfortunately I don't have time to experience the swimming pool on the first floor. I will definitely go there next time!!!

This hotel is one of the best places to stay in Yerevan. Perfect location for the central part of Yerevan, great cleaning and breakfast with the full set of continental food and local cuisine. I really enjoined the relaxing atmosphere without any noise from streets and other rooms.

International chain hotel, service and hygiene are very good, a few minutes walk from Republic Square, it is very convenient to eat and drink coffee nearby. It is also convenient to go to other attractions in the city. The front desk is very enthusiastic, recommended!

The attitude of the front desk staff is average. I couldn't check in when I arrived around 2pm. It's not that there are no rooms, but if I want to check in, I have to pay half a day's room rate. I had to wait in the cafe until 3pm before I could check in.

It is a relatively good hotel in the area. It is relatively clean and the staff are quite enthusiastic. The bar on the 16th floor is quite noisy on Saturday night.

It’s a good clean hotel, but not so close to the city center. There are no exchange centers around & the closest supermarket is almost 800 meters away. But over all the rooms are decent & breakfast is good 😊

They were very considerate and gave me a room facing the Republic Square. I could appreciate the rich history and cultural landscape of Armenia. The clock tower sounded the time on time, which was very warm.

A historic hotel, like the Negresco in Nice or the Ritz in Paris. Dozens of famous people staying here. Very cozy, quiet and measured. Small but very comfortable rooms. Nice bed linen. Triple 311 is quite acceptable in size for a family of 3 (2 adults and a 6-year-old child). The staff is very friendly, answered all questions. We were staying on the second floor and suddenly found that there was no hot water. We temporarily upgraded to a deluxe suite, but found that the shower head didn't work at all. However, since it was our last night, we just made do with it. The overall feeling was flashy and superficial, and the facilities were not well maintained.

Everything is golden but not the service. The rooms are beautiful but not clean. The staff is not good at all. They spent millions but don't have any news channels even in English. No any channels available for kids. When you live here you should know Russian to watch TV. OVERALL, 3 stars just for the amenities of this building.

The room was clean, but the heater made a terrible noise, making it impossible to sleep. The hotel’s location was close to Republic Square, but it was right next to a busy street, and the windows weren’t soundproof, so the traffic noise kept me up all night. The breakfast was average. Nice hotel centrally located not far from republic square (10 to 15 minutes walk). Breakfast is good with various choices. Rooms are small but equipped with almost all the utilities you need like fridge, electric cattle, hairdryer, safety deposit box, ironing board and iron. Also they provide free bottled water every day.

The receptionists speak English well and passionate. Each room is equipped with an iron and ironing board, very comfortable to get dressed up.

Location was good.  In rooms we asked for water glass but reception did not provide as they say our hotel do not provide. I have traveled all over the world but this  was so strange for me not to provide water glasses for drinking water .  Rome sizes are compact and not value for money.

a normal hotel, there is everything you need, a large bed, a clean room, sockets, a refrigerator, a table with coffee and tea, a TV, my room even had a balcony. the shower has everything you need, enough fresh towels.

The first good impression came from the reception with their helpful and professional approach. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel didn’t save on coffee/tea bar. The location is great with a nice view to Zoravor Surp Astvatsatsin Church.
