Lovely small hotel in a historic building. Spacious old-world rooms with lovely carpets and antique furniture. Very helpful staff who booked a day tour for me and a lift to the airport in the middle of the night. Good location opposite a park and near Republic Sq. Nice restaurants and cafes around.

Such a cosy, independent home from home. Each room is unique. Warm hospitality. Hot running water, warm rooms, spacious. Breakfast was plentiful. Charming story behind the house/villa. So well located, within easy reach of most attractions and shopping areas.

Great little family run boutique hotel/guesthouse close to cascade and a short walk from the city centre. Owner Artak and his family are all very kind and friendly. The access to the property is via stairs in one of the older neighbourhoods of yerevan. Rooms can be a little warm however for the price its an absolute bargain and the hospitality is second to non.

The room is very clean and has a refrigerator, washing machine and kitchen supplies. The only bad thing is that the fan is not cool enough and the location is halfway up the mountain. acceptable

This is a family hotel. It's on a mountain. You can't get to the door by taxi. You have to climb up about 30 narrow steps. It's very inconvenient for people with large luggage. In addition, all rooms do not have air conditioning. In the hot summer months, the room temperature is 30°C, making it impossible to sleep. There is an open-air balcony. You can wash clothes and cook.

It is a nice new hostel in Yerevan. It is clean with nice kitchen. It is equipped with air conditioners. Staff is exceptionally friendly and willing to help. There is a market near and also a big supermarket across the street. You will find all you need near the place. Subway is accessible by busses. I can recommend it.

This was our first trip to this beautiful country. We were greeted graciously from the door, setting the mood for the entire vacation. The owner of the house, Arpine, prepared a cozy room with all the amenities and a colorful view of the yard, where you could see the family dog, who delighted with her appearance every morning. I booked a twin bed room with bathroom in the room. The room was clean and nice, air conditioned furnished simply with the essentials. Breakfast included at a long table, that gave you the opportunity to meet and talk with people from various countries. Food was very good and fresh. The hostess was/is a fantastic lady who really takes care of you. I really enjoyed the stay. So thank you very much
