Loft Host Hostel in Yerevan

They often screw guests with their booking. Even if you book through ***********, you will still get screwed, like I was screwed. I was screwed twice with my accommodation, this time and six months ago. This time, I was supposed to stay here from 03/15/23 to 03/17/23 and from 03/17/23 to 03/20/23. I met two more people in the neighboring hostel who were screwed in the same way. It happens like this. You book with them directly or through ***********, it doesn’t matter which booking system. A day before arrival or later, they write to you that they “cannot accommodate you due to technical reasons”. This is Yerevan, this is the center of Yerevan. A day or even several days in advance, if you haven’t taken care of booking in Yerevan in advance (a week or better three weeks) you won’t be able to find a good hostel or even a hotel. All good accommodation options in Yerevan will be taken. Either you will have to go to the outskirts several kilometers from the city center, or rent a dirty trash with cockroaches, smoke, and noise, or you will have to pay five times more to stay in a hotel. Even if you book through ***********, you will still be screwed and ***********, which supposedly works to guarantee that you will not be left on the street, will also leave you on the street without a twinge of conscience. *********** will write you an apology the next day and that will be the end of it. *********** will do everything not to help you in any way and to hush up this situation as quickly as possible. They will promise to find you another suitable option, compensate for the difference in price, and as a result, in order not to be left on the street, you will frantically look for an option not to sleep on the street. In order not to compensate you for the inconvenience and the difference in price, the *********** employees will come up with various papers with stamps, account statements, payment receipts, where all the hotel expenses for your stay and so on should be divided. The *********** employees will do everything to not compensate you for anything and not help you in any way, but they will apologize if you find a way to write to them! This is how these swindlers work!!! If you don’t want to be left on the street and also lose your nerves, money and time, don’t book this hostel and don’t book through ***********.
