Disgusting place, don't stay here!!!

The hotel's location is good, but it's quite basic. It seems to be converted from a makeshift small bungalow, so the space is cramped. It's okay for one night, but laundry and drying facilities are inconvenient.

Great location. Very kind hostess. If you stay, then only in this hostel!

I recommend this hostel to everyone! The hosts, Susanna and her daughter, Sona, are very welcoming and kind. They're thoughtful and always ready to accommodate their guests. It's a charming place with a unique, homey feel. I want to stay!
The location is convenient, in the center of Yerevan, at 54 Pushkin Street.

The hostel room is called a capsule, but it is very different from what I have stayed in before. It is made of wood and has a strong methanol smell. It is stuffy and uncomfortable to live in. Although the girl at the front desk wanted me to give a five-star review, I am sorry that it will mislead others. Except for being able to cook, there is no other advantage.

The location is not far from the central square, and there are many businesses around. The entrance is hard to find, and you need to be patient! The facilities are average, the attitude is average, and the price-performance ratio is average. The waiters generally don't smile, and English is very difficult!

I booked a room, but the landlord only provided one bed. They were not willing to cancel the order, and the room and partitions had a strong smell of formaldehyde.

Amazing location in the very center of Yerevan, very caring hostess Suzanna, she explained everything in detail, how to get there, how to find - there were no difficulties. I would also like to say thank you for allowing us to check in late at night, it was not scary and comfortable. The room and bed are very clean, the shower and toilet are also clean. I will definitely stay here next time!

Location wise, near in all establishment. The owner is accommodating, they will assist you with everything and they are so kind really. There is a language barrier but they are trying their best to talk to. Feels like home.
