Palm Court Motor Inn in Port Macquarie

Stayed at the Palm Cove at short notice after deciding to extend our stay in Port Macquarie over the Christmas break. We did not have high expectations as it was a last minute booking and usually places are booked out.
We were pleasantly surprised.
- Location was good, close walking distance to Cole’s, town centre, West Port, Breakwall.
- Service was good with reception friendly and daily room cleans
- Clean rooms and had microwave, kettle, hair dryer available and Netflix
- Spacious outdoor area
- Working split system air con
- Tidy bathroom

Negatives would be that the outdoor areas are very close to other rooms. If you are too far out you will have breakfast with your neighbour. Also, the car park is very low clearance.

Overall, was pleasantly surprised. Also stayed at Mantra Quayside. Mantra had better view from higher levels but quality of room was on par.

My partner and I stayed in the Superior Queen Room last weekend. The staff were kind and helpful, with lots of suggestions for local eateries, and the location is fantastic - only steps from CBD Port Macquarie. The room itself was great - spacious, tidy, with a really comfortable bed. An added bonus was the pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of wine tastings!

Great hotel, no fuss service, modern, renovated room with a ‘river’ view, a lovely short walk away from the town centre. Maybe a tad overpriced for us - we had better deals in a slightly fancier hotels. Overall - a really nice place to stay at. Recommended.

Stayed there for a week. The room was great and the staff were awesome. No complaints there.
What I will complain about is the fact they are doing some major renovations and didn't feel the need to inform me when I booked the room. I wouldn't have gone there had I known. Was really loud at times. Maybe that's why they don't say anything. I have taken 1 star off because of this. Other than that, it's a nice place.

The room is a bit small, the location is good

Clean and quiet. Just an ordinary motel. The Japanese food store in front of the hotel is pretty good.

It's by the sea, quite humid, and the quilt is wet. It has a balcony, outdoor swimming pool, microwave and refrigerator.

It’s a very nice hotel, simple but functional! The location is amazing, very close to nice area with good restaurants, 5 min walking distance. The room is spacious and very clean. I highly recommend!
