Wonderful accommodation, seniors deal, found in the Senior newspaper. Beautiful pool right outside our door. Short walk to Flynns beach, restaurants and coffee shops. Jason the manager is very obliging and helpful. Highly recommend this accommodation for Seniors and families.

This holiday accommodation is just a few minutes walk from the beach. The room we have is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The only down side is there is no elevator (lift) so if you are unable to assend steps then I would recommend requesting a First floor room on ground level.

Nice big 2 bed unit close to Flynns beach. Quiet. Lovely cafes close by. Everything you need to cater in the kitchen. Older style bathroom but clean and tidy.

Visited for 3 weeks in July 2025 price and standard were excellent value. Kitchen and BBQ area were very well equipped and clean. Heating was very good. Opposite flynns beach and easy pleasant walk to town beach. Cafes nearby and bus stop at front. Highly recommend.

Great beachside stay, easy access to Flynn’s beach, neighbouring shops and cafes/restaurants and a short drive into town. Resort was clean and tidy and units well equipped for a holiday.

What a fabulous, unassuming, friendly and charming small restaurant. The service was outstanding! Friendly and very attentive. The food was very nice and unpretentious. Our group of 5 were all very happy we chose this place as our last meal for our week’s holiday. Well done and thank you. Keep doing what you are doing and we all wish you every success, you absolutely deserve it. I will be back if I am in the area. Top class!!

Service was excellent. Better than most place in Sydney. The pizzas were nice. All 5 of us were very happy with our pizzas. Will go back just to try the others in the menu next time I pass by.

Not very good table service and we were firstly seated at a table which the table cloth was dirty and had food crumbs on it which is unprofessional. We ordered the garlic bread which was ok but tasted like it was from coles. The pasta was alright, we ordered the tortellini with the Napoletana sauce which wasn’t too bad but the sauce was a little watery. The tortellini with the boscaola sauce, way too much sauce and tasted like a mornay but good pasta, and the penne with boscaola sauce, the pasta was fine. We couldn’t finish any of your meals( apart from the garlic bread ) because they were too rich. Probably wouldn’t go back there but good on you for being the longest run business in port maquaire

Margaret & Sons is a super nice place!
Super chill, casual environment with awesome food and great customer service.
Meals were fast, well priced.
Would recommend the seafood marinara!

Little serves at enormous prices. Precooked and oily and heavy. Not really genuine Mexican. On top of high prices there is a surcharge for public holidays.

My favourite restaurant by far! The owners are fantastic, and are always so friendly and efficient. Staff are always attentive and the vibe is relaxed and chilled. Love that you guys are byo, and there is a bottle shop 10 meters walk down the street. If you haven't tried it, I would suggest the fajitas they are awesome! See you again soon :-)

Good food, didn't feel heavy in the stomach. It is a more legit type of Mexican food so not your packet nachos or anything.. Expect to pay more though...

Food was prompt, service pretty typical, I got weird vibes from one waitress who seemed uspet at me for some reason.. no idea though. Still, not a bad spot.

It has outdoor (heated at night) and indoor seating, Mexican music and colourful tablecloths!

I found their menu needed simplification..

I'd come again.

Kitchen staff smoke behind the privacy screen near the kitchen and it wafts into the eating area immediately adjacent. My kids were eating only a few feet away. We had to move. Disappointing.

We had dinner. Lamb shoulder and sirllion steak special. Lamb is tender and steak cooked nicely. Service is good, atmosphere is good, price is good too. Will come back to try other dishes. Like the flower they put on the table. Seasoning wise could be a bit more creative and a bit more spicy but it's personal preference I guess.

Awesome, great food and drinks at a great price compared to other places, I went there for dinner last week and it is certainly a place that I'll rave about with my friends, not to mention the staff, the service was excellent and it was very inviting unlike some places where you don't engage in a friendly conversation when buying a drink, I love this place so much I'm going there for lunch next Wednesday, see you guys then ?

Everything about this place made me satisfied I went there looking for your average pub grub and I got pub grub but it wasn't average it was the best pub grub I've come across thus far 10/10 well done guys keep up the great work

Worse than "PUB FOOD" Frozen , whiting fillets over cooked, fish and chips for the kids fish over cooked and very dry, All the chips served up on evey meal were under cooked and soggy, Frozen chicken schnitzel, Cooked well, the gravey was pathetic, Son inlaw ordered Creme brulee, he got somthing that looked like custard poured on a plate No caramelise sugar, Possibly could not afford a Chef, Mothers day 2017 Spoilt and will not be returning again ever

Standard pub food and drinks. Service left a little to be desired, but pretty comfortable. Definitely seemed like a local favourite. Food was okay, good portions and quality IMO.
