Lancaster Court Motel in Brisbane

We went through the drive through at 11:30 am and they still had the breakfast menu panels so we ordered off those. The lady taking the order said that they stopped serving breakfast at 11am so someone came out and changed them around wearing food gloves.. we ordered something else and waited for our food but there was no one on the other side so we drove thinking there was another stall where they hand out the food. We ended up parking the car and going in to take our food which they kept shuffling around the counter because they didn’t know what to do with it. We tried to get their attention by telling them that it was ours but they kept ignoring us. We lined up as if we were getting food but when it got to us, the guy behind the counter went off to do something else but we FINALLY got their attention and had to explain what happened at the drive through. After all that, we eventually got our food but we didn’t feel like eating eat, remembering the guy turning the menu panels with the food gloves on.

So slow drive thru bloked up the hole car park on a tue note there allways just so slow

Sat in drive through queue for 5 minutes only to be told they couldn't make burgers at the speaker box.... Followed by another 10 minutes getting the rest of the way through the drive through before we could exit. Really poor service... How hard is it to make a sign, seriously!!!

Usually not too bad, but I had a bad experience this time, staff were distracted and messing up orders, I had to repeat myself a lot to get my order across, I understand they could be in training so I wasn't too upset about that. But I am pretty sure I got food poisoning from my zinger burger, the chicken was disgusting, very tough and a horrible flavour, the burger just looked pathetic.

Orders have been consistently wrong, drive through took 20 minutes to get to us, there were 2 cars in front. We called management, and she just told us she knows about the problem, and the people who work there Don t do anything. They are lazy. And can't do anything right. The manager is the only person I will deal with. She is the only one I have spoken too with sense. Thanks to the manager. The rest of them are terrible.

Dirty restaurant, not very good food, long wait, really nothing good about it

Payed $17 for a sh*tty, way overcooked (pizza base was basically black) and bubbly pizza. Not buying from this store again, disappointing

Theys say gourmet but theys just like a domino pizza

They all talking the gourmet game but theys just regular pizza. Can't call chicken fire roasted artisan chicken when it done just is normal ass chicken
