Very simple older style accommodation in the heart of the Gold Coast. Great price and the most amazing welcoming staff. If youre travelling with a dog this place is a welcoming, central and comfortable stop.

Would have liked the floors to have been swept or mopped before we arrived. Pet fur all over our socks and clothes.
Internet in the room was poor. Could access if we were in the carpark. But location was good.

When we arrived the hotel manager/owner was really friendly and gave a tour of the place and the services available, e.g. pool. When we entered our place was clean however the sockets next to the bed did not work on either side which was disappointing. The Wi-Fi is also barely usable and needs an upgrade. The location is great as it’s a 15-20 minute drive to surfers paradise and there is an abundance of restaurants nearby.

My husband and I stayed here for a week before moving into our new place. We were accompanied by our kitten! Affordable prices, great view, very quiet. The staff and owners were absolutely amazing! It was so beautiful staying here. Definitely recommend.

Very friendly staff. Parking right in fromt of unit. Good pool. Handy location

8 day stay. Wasn't once cleaned. Had to ask for fresh linen and had to change it myself. Pathetic. Reception noisy and inconsiderate of guests.
On site manager had no respect for guests. Rude and no bounderies.

The property was old but in good condition. The main door locks were not functional. The car parking was tight.

My kids love it but the service is slow staff never seem happy and food is expensive for what it is original owners were great but sadly it’s gone down hill since they sold

Had to get own drinks at bar. Service was terrible. Bar tender and chef were also waitressing. Paid bill to find an extra drink charged. Food was very ordinary and no questions were asked on how spicy/hot we wanted our food when we ordered. Won't be returning.
