The folks are super friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean. The beds are very comfortable. I always enjoy my stays here, and my family uses this place as well.

The place is older and our room smelled bad. The breakfast was the most meager I’ve ever seen at a hotel; barely anything at all to eat and nothing worth eating. Regretting paying for breakfast.

1 it locates next to the busy road so quite noise day and night even in the room;
2 stay one week and they only clean the room once after several following up,
3 give guests 15min notice to pack and check out and following up every 10min even there is more than 3 hours before the check in time of next guests.

This is probably the most unsatisfactory hotel I've ever booked on Ctrip. The room facilities were outdated, the cleanliness was inadequate, the pillows and duvet covers were of poor quality, it was very noisy at night, and the promised airport transfer service was not provided.

It's very close to the airport, and there's a free shuttle bus. The rooms were also very well maintained; it exceeded my expectations for a motel.

This hotel is near the airport in Brisbane, Australia.

They also provide shuttles, which is very convenient.

It is a two-story building, so if you are on the second floor, you can use the luggage elevator to carry your heavy luggage.

Unlike hotels, there are no USB ports, so it is a good idea to bring an adapter to match the outlet shape in advance.

I had a USB-A cable, so I was able to borrow the adapter from the TV and charge my iPhone.

There is a supermarket, a subway, and a Goldstone (ice cream) store at the intersection of this building, so you can spend your time comfortably.

You need to reserve the shuttle for the next day when you check in. I asked for the 6:45 shuttle and was able to enter the international airport at 7.
To check out in the morning, just put your key in the post or hand it over to the shuttle.

By the way, there are shuttles to the airport at 6:15, 6:45, 7:30, and 8:45.
They will take you to domestic flights, then international flights.

I had a very comfortable stay.

The first time I left a review was for trip.com’s customer service staff.
The hotel information clearly stated that the check-in counter time is until 00:00, and when booking the room, it was also specifically informed that arrival would be after 22:00, but no one was there at all.
(There is actually a password lock box next to it. The hotel staff needs to tell the password before they can open it and get the key)
There was a phone next to the phone telling us that we could call if we checked in late. A woman answered the phone. Her Australian accent was a bit strong and her tone was super impatient. She kept asking us for our reservation name, order number, and mobile phone number, and then asked us to call the manager ( Voice only ^_^) I was told that I would call back but I haven’t received the call yet?
In short, because we had been waiting outside in the dark for at least half an hour with no results, we called trip.com customer service hoping to help. The customer service immediately helped us find other contact information for the hotel. The other person was very patient and spoke very quickly. It was immediately clear that we could not get the key without the password, and it was successfully solved in less than five minutes! Thank you very much to the customer service staff. The first half hour seems to have been in vain. Without trip.com customer service, we would be sleeping on the street😭

Absolutely cutest Domino's Pizza shop in Queensland. Just add few tables in the waiting area and this is the place you would love to spend an hour every week. Staff is so helpful and Customer service focused.I absolutely Love the buzz in this place. People, speed and the Athmosphere. Awesome

This store pumps out the orders very fast but occasionally a little hit and miss with the consistency and even spread of toppings. That being said, when I have had an issue they've rectified it rapidly and usually also issued a refund or allowed me to keep both pizzas.

Most of the staff here are polite and helpful. I had a mistake and they fixed it effectively and quickly. Compared to other Domino's stores they are good and provide quick and sufficient service. There was a lovely young girl by with the name badge Ali who was always smiling and polite, and a young man there who I haven't seen in a while who I don't know the name of who were always polite and well-spoken. The garlic bread is to die for. Would recommend to anyone.
