I really enjoyed staying here. It was perfectly imperfect.
Good clean rooms with friendly staff.
As with almost all motels someone needed to spend a bit of time tuning the TV so that it didn't have 50 channels which were all exactly the same.
& the bathroom shower had to be turned on using the bathtub taps, which meant that if you needed to adjust the temp mid shower you had to bend over - which would be pretty hard for some people.
But as I mentioned, I enjoyed staying here. Well done guys.

The room was beyond imagination! Clean and tidy. There were Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk, so communication was smooth.

The service is not bad, there is Chinese customer service, hot water is not available all day, there was no hot water at night once, the quilt cover is two sheets sandwiched with a blanket, not a whole cover like in China. There is no disposable toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers or comb. Everything else is good

My friend and I really like their foods, especially their fried rice, Beijing Duck and BBQ pork. We went to this restaurant yesterday, it's a new restaurant and their service is really good. Love it!

My wife and I loved this restaurant. The service was exceptional, the food was amazing. A great restaurant for families - fusion of Chinese and Western was unique and hard to beat. The price was also very reasonable.

Promoted products without being overly annoying and/or frustrating.

Generally very friendly staff, however, will not push you into a conversation if you aren't into that.

Waiting time is what you would expect from a McDonald's with especially exceptional times during the breakfast rotation.

Only down side is that they often appear to be lacking staff in comparison with other McDonald's that I have dined at.

In comparison to the rest of McDonald's stores in Brisbane - I am pleased that I have never been told that the Ice-cream machine is not working.

On occasion, I will see costumers waiting for fries to be cooked while if you look over, they are only using up half of the fry cooker.

Overall, an amazing experience and will return as well as recommend to all my friends and family.

Terrible waiting !
Didn’t have boxes for happy meal and the friendliness of the staff was horrible specially a lady called Bridgett.
Which was not happy when I complained about the waiting and not having the boxes so she almost thrown the meal at me...

Terrible service. Three orders on screen and it still took over 5 minutes to receive the food. The girl on counter seemed to not give a flying f about anything, clearly is incapable of working even remotely hard. If you want better service, just head up the road to Milton McDonalds, can guarantee you'll have a much better experience.

Order and pay as you enter; pretty much self-serviced for drinking water and condiments. Food served fairly quickly. Good portion for its price. We have 2 dishes among 3 of us.

The waitresses are not nice. They never smile and looks like we own them money. It is not me but also some friends have the same feelings. The restaurant should find some friendly waitress.
Despite of that, most of the food are nice.
Special lunch during weekdays are not recommended.
