It is located at the top of the worst street in Adelaide.
The staff were not very friendly and left a bad taste in my mouth. There is on-site parking at $22 per day. It's secure and undercover.

I recently stayed at BreakFree Adelaide and was thoroughly impressed! For the price, the value you get is unbeatable.
The highlight for me was the housekeeping. It was amazing to come back after a long day of exploring to find the room perfectly cleaned and refreshed—it really made the stay feel premium.
The location is also a huge plus. It’s "smack bang" in the middle of everything; we were within walking distance of Rundle Mall, the Convention Centre, and some great West End cafes. Despite being so close to the action, the room felt like a quiet retreat.

The facilities are flimsy and low quality. The table lamp doesn’t work. The loo flush button is out of function.

I was happy with my stay at BreakFree and would recommend the apartment. The place was clean and bright and well equiped with kitchen and laundry facilities. The Manager and Receptionists were very helpful and polite. Thank you for making my stay pleasant.

Great location and the rooms are quite reasonable for the cost.

The cleanliness of the room is not great, I found beard clippings on the bathroom wall upon check-in. What's worse, the cleaning staff for my room didn't have their mind in the job by the looks, I could only imagine they dropped my toiletry bag accidentally but didn't pick up everything and put them back in the bag. I was finding my stuff on the bathroom floor after the room service...

Breakfree Adelaide is made up of individual apartments that are managed as a serviced apartment operation. Access to the apartments is via a lift to a central courtyard which leads to apartments in different buildings/towers. We saw a listing for the apartment next to ours on the market for long term lease. Since the doors to the apartments face open areas, there were a lot of dried leaves at the entrance to the apartment. The apartments themselves had a full sized kitchen as well as sitting and dining areas. The apartments are located at the North West end of Adelaide CBD and are great for access to the Royal Adelaide Hospital which is less than a 10 minute walk away. There is plenty of free overnight parking in the side street next to it. Check in and check out processes at reception were smooth and friendly.

A nice place to stay, check in and out very smooth with lovely staff. Apartment had everything we needed. Just wish there was a restaurant/bar on site.

Diesel tank is empty not pumping fuel.
Had to pay for the no fuel going through pump.
Can't give receipt.
Rude staff.
Ask for manager, says he'll give me his number. Then turns around to me and says can't give out managers numbers.
Days to come back tomorrow and have a goodnight.
What a joke.

Have loved the range of options available in this place. I can still remember when it first re-opened back when HQ was called Heaven.
The awesome expanse of shade on the premises is especially a main draw card to make the choice to top up here when my car and belly are running low :)

Worst Experience ever.
Paid for a valet wash, even paid extra for a wax finish. I was left with a car which was not even vacuumed properly, windscreen and the windows were not cleaned properly and had smudges on them. When I pointed it out to the young man, he conjured up a reason how he 'could scratch the glass' if he tries harder.
Absolute waste of my money. Would not recommend anyone using their services.
