The room was spacious and clean, though the facilities were a bit old. The location is great, very close to the bus stop and within the free tram zone, making it super convenient to get to the Botanic Garden, Library, Art Gallery, Museum, and the University of Adelaide directly. It's also within walking distance to the International Convention Centre and the train station.

Located on the edge of Adelaide's CBD, it's a convenient 5-minute walk to catch the free CBD tram, making it easy to reach all the city center attractions.

Was great for an overnight stopover! Rooms were clean and lot of restaurants on the back street, so it was good to explore late night as the hotel is accommodation only.

Worst hotel ever.. very small room, you can hear the neighbors take their shower (very loud noise). Can also hear neighbors snoring...
No efforts made on lightings with white color bulb instead of yellow... Small window with view on a wall.. no coffee or anything in the lobby... Don't go there

The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation, with bus and tram stops nearby for getting to all attractions. You can walk to the city center and Adelaide Railway Station. The staff are courteous and contacted me in advance to arrange my room, and I was able to store my luggage.

I went with my mom for a short trip. I goy contacted by the receptionist the day before to confirm about our arrival time to prepare the room for us, so we came there around 12.30pm and our room was ready even though their usual checkin time is 2pm. The room was spacious and clean. We love the customer service and the location. We will book this hotel when we visit Adelaide again ❤️

The receptionist didn't check who I was and didn't disclose the hotel room number when I told her that my partner has already checked in and I had paid for the hotel room. They don't provide a spare key when 2 adults are staying in 1 room. The amenities were decent however they need to have their signs laminated for DO NOT DISTURB or for HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE as I couldn't put the sign on the door knob because it's made out of cardboard. I could hear mobile notification noises from the room next door throughout the early morning which is annoying, there should be a sign about that. Other than that, the amenities were functional and easy to use, the bed was comfortable for me to sleep in after 20 hour flight and easy to get to. The check out reception were great.

It depends on what yore looking for. If you like being near central shopping centre and close to Uni , bitanic garden zoo and arrs precinct as well as the Adelaide market, then this is a pretty good location for that. there are limitted facilities ffor car parking whiach is on foirst in first serve basis, and you will be charged for that on top of your accommodation. Access is pretty good, and room are pretty basic. o cuttlery or bowls and plates, but there are cups and the usual tea and coffee on the house. anythin else ther is paid for
