Perfectly just outside CBD but close to everything. Worth a try and see how it works, plus the staff are fantastic.

Good location, great staff. The beds are comfortable, the shower has good pressure. Well equipped kitchen. Always sets you up for a great days work or adventuring.

I was contacted a few days before my arrival about my arrival time, which was 9am. I was told that my early arrival would be passed to the relevant area of the hotel. On the date of arrival, a room was already ready for me at 9am, though the official checkin time was 2pm. I very much appreciate the proactive and customer-focussed attitude of the hotel reception team. With the early checkin, I could have more time enjoying the Adelaide city.

I stayed for 10 days, and I wished i had booked a larger room instead of a studio. Regardless, the studio I booked was clean, had a little kitchen well equipped with kitchen utensils and a fridge. The communal washing machines & dryers were well maintained. The hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. I'd say, the studio is worthy for short stays. For longer stays, probably wouldve gone for a larger room.

Location was fantastic. A free tram into city centre is just outside the hotel, but a 5-10 minute walk isnt far either.

The food here is very good. They know what they're doing and every time I've come, the food has been quick and perfect. The thing that holds them back is the service. Employees are a little awkward and we have been forgotten a few times.

Waiter was an older Italian gentleman, I'm hoping he was just having a bad night because he was rude and spoke in a condescending manner. He brought out the wrong pasta for my wife and when notified he begrudgingly took it back, rolled his eyes as he turned around. The correct pasta he brought out tasted absolutely horrific, we strongly suspect the other pasta was washed out and the right sauce and veg were added. My wife didn't eat her meal, we paid and left. We didn't make a complaint or kick up a fuss but it was a horrible experience.

Disappointing breakfast. Went with a group of 12, booking made prior to attending so staffing should have been adequate. Eggs were overcooked, bacon and toast cold for at least half the group. Coffee was great though. Service was pleasant and friendly but no compensation (either drinks or discount) offered for below average cold food. Wouldn't bother returning to eat there.

The place is cozy, nice decor. Service friendly and attentive. I had the pizza special, a funny mix of duck, feta cheese. cashews, cranberries and rocket. But it actually works. A nice option if you happen to be around.

Beautiful well priced breakfast menu with lovely coffees. Polite and friendly staff. Nice gas fireplace for those cold winter mornings.

Great chef team, regularly changing and tasty menu and super wine list. Best coffee for miles.. pizza is a specialty as is weekend breakfasts. And the most incredible staff. An absolute fave!
