Incredible location and view of the stunning lake day and night. Staff super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and amenities great. We had a spa that was big enough for two and very relaxing. Close to the Westfield complex with shops and cinemas. Perfect location. Relaxing and enjoyable stay

Excellent value, lovely choice and quality for breakfast, room had excellent views of the lakes and nice balcony to watch the sun sets and rises.
Gym facilities pool and spa all excellent for the price of this hotel.
Service was amazing nothing too much trouble definitely would be happy to rebook
Only minor point bed was very soft and moves away from the wall but that could just be the room we had :)

The room is a bit older, but the environment is great. It's also a great experience to have breakfast by the lake. See pictures.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Parking and shopping are particularly convenient. The scenery near the lake is unparalleled. The service attitude at the front desk is good. The breakfast was great. I felt happy while enjoying the beautiful scenery and tasting the delicious food.

The breakfast is a set menu, the view of the lake is excellent, and the view from the terrace is also very wide. In the morning, you can see many boys and girls practicing rowing 🚣, btw, the sound insulation of the glass is also very good, so you won’t be disturbed by the outside world, but if you live next door With a loud voice, you can hear what they are talking about.

The room is clean and tidy, with a large balcony, lake view, and convenient parking.

The hotel room is quiet most of the time, but there is an electric drill every morning, which is a bit noisy.
