This has been a horrible experience.

They offered me the buffet for my breakfasts and from the moment I entered until I left I told them that I was going alone, I was staying alone and they charged me consumption for two people, they really take advantage of people, all the time I told them that I was alone and that I would have to pay for only one consumption and as they withheld a balance, they discounted me for two people and only returned me a small part.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied. The room size was decent, and being on a high floor, we got some city views. The bathroom was a bit small, but it had all the necessary facilities. Breakfast quality was also high with a good variety of options. My only minor complaint was a small bug buzzing around the room, so I'd recommend improving pest control.

Great view, decent service and location however I was put in the room next to the lifts and was kept awake/woken up for a large portion of the night until late, and early in the mornings on both nights of my stay. Complained at reception however they weren’t much help nor did they offer a discount on my stay. Very disappointed - otherwise great just make sure they don’t put you next to the noisy elevators!

The whole experience of staying in this low class hotel was terrible from beginning to end.
I paid for a superior room as was given a room that was definitely not superior. This was fraud.
On check in a paid the deposit in cash and had to ask for a receipt, but the receipt given was not correct. Low IQ front desk staff. It got worse from then
The lifts were very slow and 1 was not available due to being repaired. The shower leaked all the time.
The staff failed to clean the room on the second day.
My advice is avoid this hotel group entirely and save yourself money and anguish.

New cooks or new owner? What happened?? Food was so bad. Bbq chicken without bbq sauce and an Ab with sweetchili and soggy chips. our order was forgotten and i had to ask the girl when she came out and came running back with our food that had been sitting out back. Dont go there.

Pizza was a bit underwhelming amd pricey. However they are open later than most stores which is good.

On our recent trip to Adelaide we've had pizza here twice. It was the nicest pizza we've ever had and it was hot. We've also tried the lasagne, that was yum also. We've recommended this place to many others.
