We liked the room…. But was VERY disappointed because as advertised when we booked there was a pool, we were not allowed to use it… False advertising!!! One of the main reason we booked this accommodation was because of the pool. We had a very upset boy those couple of days, as pool is privately owned!!!!

15 the room was quiet clean but the bathroom needs an up grade the baths paint is peeling and to sit on the lou is difficult with the toilet roll holder sticking out and the bed was far to hard.

Parking was good, quiet surroundings & short walk to the main CBD. Didn’t receive an email re check in details prior to checking in, however, contacted property re same & was immediately sent mail details of check in. Third person bedding wasn’t set up, however, cleaner was still on site & provided me with bedding material for the sofa bed.

Got to location and rang 24hr reception and did not get a response for two hours . Not happy as you need a key code to get into room . Nobody on site ,this is not clear in advert on wotif. Room had hard rubbish furnishings.

Appartment we stayed in needed maintenance. No cord on blinds so we couldn't open them, dining table very unstable and not safe to use as it was a glass top. Unfortunately these appartments are not manned which we where unaware of when we booked.

Loved our apartment and the location. Definitely value for money. Modern decor and facilities were lovely.
The bathroom needs a good clean as grout and shower screen had a lot of soap scum. Also the toilet bowl wasn't clean.

Convenient
Clean and convenient to city centre for Coles or to beach.
Only one difficulty for me is with wheelchair that I need to go up on 1/ F by stair case.
Overall is good to stay with families.

Great location, comfy bed and room. However the key pad to get into the room was a little dodgy and hard to get in.

Ordered a medium rare steak it came out medium well, the salad was missing from the plate as well. Second order was chicken parmigiana and that was a laugh cold cheese sprinkled on the top.
This place is good for families with kids couples save your money and go grab a better steak and Parmi from any pub.

Great place to have a good stake. Nice service as well. The balcony has a good view over Glenelg’s main street and Moseley Square.

I love hoggies for a good steak and without overdoing it we have been to a few the steak i had here was unbelievably tender the best i have eaten anywhere my wifes steak and entrees were excellent as well staff were all terrific highly recommend

Good variety of food with decent serving sizes and reasonable prices. I enjoy the mocktail options when I am the designated driver. Love the Happy Birthday song from staff when it's someone's Birthday. Really nice night out with family and friends.

Yummy Spanish tapas food, drinks, cocktails. Staff are friendly but seem to be forever apologising for the wait on service. Not enough staff on to cater for tables booked. Once ordered, food didn't take long to come out and is very tasty and filling.

1 Star is way too many- Ordered a drink waited 25 minutes for it. Ordered mains waited 1 hour only to be asked if we had ordered then was accused of lying that we had not ordered at all. Order a bottle of wine to wait for main waited 20 minutes. Had the the table next to us meals delivered to our table. when they finally told us they would bring out our food one of our orders were sold out- which is was not the hour and a half earlier when we ordered. Staff that served us were rude and NO ONE took responsibility for their service

Great coffee with friendly staff and where the locals meet and enjoy informal chats, with a hearty laugh. Vibrant and full of life, enjoying a coffee or a meal with great relaxing atmosphere, with views to Glenelg jetty.
