10 year wedding anniversary!!! Been there multiple times, did not get the city views this time but git free champagne instead so cant complain.

The room was really spacious, good breakfast, just abit inconvenient to travel as the carpark is quite far and the valet is expensive to park overnight.

This hotel is incredibly upscale, a combination of three Crown Plaza hotels, so it's massive. The facilities are brand new and very stylish. The environment is beautiful, and there's a wide variety of entertainment options.

The environment and facilities are excellent. We even received complimentary handmade chocolates upon check-in. As for the price, I managed to snag a 3-night consecutive stay package during a Ctrip promotion, which worked out to saving ¥1,000 per day! There's a large free parking lot, and it's about a 6-minute walk back to the hotel.

From the moment I walked through the doors to check in and received the most unwelcoming acknowledgement from the lady behind the reception desk I thought “oh no, please let’s not start my mini staycation off this way”. Jo-Anne never once could muster even a slight smile, and was disinterested in giving me basic check-in instructions (apparently we are supposed to automatically know to use the new iPad-type system on the desk) she was short, sharp and does not enjoy her job, or people in general it seems. But the crushing initial disappointment didn’t last long because thank goodness for Pam! A true professional who I had the pleasure of interacting with during my next two nervous foyer visits. Great room, great bed, great room service. Wanted to give a 5 star review but couldn’t due to that first encounter.

The Crown Towers is the most luxurious among the Crown hotels, far surpassing the other two. It's a shame I only managed to book one night and didn't have time to use its famous pool. I wonder when I'll get another chance to visit Western Australia...

We stayed here for four consecutive days, and it's a truly great hotel. It's not far from the airport, and the surrounding scenery is beautiful.

The room is big enough, toilet and bathroom is separated. All the things are good and clean but unfortunately not enough tooth brush, only one inside the box.

There is no vegetarian choice of main meals & I was told to choose one of the meals on the menu & the cook leaves the meat out but you still pay the full price,I then declined the unreasonable offer & walked out & haven't been back since.To give a review I had no other choice but to give a 1 star review to me that is 1 too many.looking around & seeing lots of leftovers on other tables is usually not a good sign.

Great location within the Casino gaming area.
I've been here twice now. The second time was to see if the service and food had improved from our first experience.
I won't be coming here again. I'm no food connoisseur but i have never tasted Asian food that was so bland and tasteless. My girlfriend & I didn't even finish our dishes.
Come on guys, you have a great business in a great location.

We had some really good dishes on our first visit here. Even though I ordered a very basic sweet and sour pork dish, the way it was cooked gave it an authentic Cantonese flavor. The staff were cordial and efficient and the venue has a bright and lively atmosphere.
I think this might be the kind of place where you might have a great meal one night then an average on the next.
