The hotel was okay, with very friendly staff. Everything you need for a skiing stay was available. The only things you might have to complain about are: - no refrigerator, not even a mini one. There wasn't one in the double room. - breakfast from 7:30 AM. If you're planning on skiing 100% and want the lifts to open, it's too late.

Overall, a modern hotel with very good value for money. My room was relatively new, with rather functional furnishings, but perfectly adequate. One of the best locations in Ischgl! The hotel was absolutely gorgeous, and the owners and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. Rooms were being cleaned daily and restocked. A warm welcome goes a long way to make you feel at home away from home. The older female receptionist was very nice. The hotel is new, and everything appeared clean and in good condition. We really enjoyed our stay at Alpenhotel Erika. The room was clean and bathroom modern. There was a heated boot room and the steam room and sauna was a nice addition. Super nice hosts. Very informal, you can only feel good here. The hotel is right on the valley run and you can quickly get to the cable car. The rooms are very spacious and you have a great view over Ischgl! The wellness area is highly recommended after a hard day's skiing. For us it was a perfect vacation. Lovely setting in the side of the Ischgl hills with easy access to the town and ski lifts. Room was nice if not a little small but was cleaned and beds made daily which was a nice surprise. Good breakfast to get you printed for the days snowboarding!

My mom and i, had a really great experience at Hotel Charly, they took so good care of us. They were kind and nice toward us and nothing was missing while we stayed with them. So if you are going on a vacation in Ischgl i would a 100% recomment a stay with them

This was a lovely restful week. This hotel is in the very best location in Ischgl . The dorftunnel to the slopes is 2 minutes walk away , Therme Spa with excellent trattoria 4 minutes walk and MPress supermarket 4 minutes. Traditional breakfast with superb staff in all areas of the hotel. Well kept , very clean room and a lovely sauna provided for apres ski. Loved it

This was an excellent choice in a first class resort. Everything looks new. The rooms are spotless and a special shout out for the excellent shower - a must after a day’s skiing. It’s also close to the lift system and in the heart of a lively village with lots of great places to eat.

Went to Ischgl at very short notice and went to Binta as it seemed the best of a limited choice. Turned out to be much more than that. It was excellent. The rooms are spotless. Bathrooms modern and of very good quality. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. The location is simply amazing as it is only two mins walk to the lift system and the town centre. Would highly recommend.

we spent almost a week in March this year. to make a long story short : location, cleanliness, breakfast was very fine..the only and main problem was with heaters. As you come for do some skiing there, you cannot dry your skiing stuff or wash it because the heaters were almost cold for all the week.. quite bizarre was it. It was not the spring yet...and sometimes we were cold in the night in our beds...

We had an amazing experience with a group of 15 people staying for three nights. The rooms are excellent, with modern design and décor, and the spa and all other facilities are truly top-notch. Dinner each evening with the half-board à la carte menu was outstanding—delicious, fresh, and seemingly endless. We were all thoroughly impressed and will definitely return.

Very friendly landlady, great suggestions and information for hikes. Very large rooms with balconies. Breakfast room in the beautiful winter garden. Small suggestion for improvement: breakfast is very one-sided and little choice. We were in Ischgl in the summer and can definitely recommend the hotel. All mountain railways and buses can be used free of charge with the Silvretta Card.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The hotel's location is perfect for nature lovers. Plus, the presence of two friendly cats added a charming touch, and the staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming.

Very nice breakfast with lots of options. The ski lift is reasonably close although it does take a few minutes to get there in ski boots. On the other hand when returning there is a ski slope that ends just around the corner from the hotel, it's worth aiming for that one if you do not want to walk back to the hotel at the end of a day of skiing.

What a fantastic place! I took the single room in the basement which was comfortable, spacious, clean and has an en-suite. The breakfasts were amazing - all you need to set you up for a day on the slopes. But the best of all were Manni and Maria, who were incredibly hospitable, welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and would love to stay there again.

Very nice and new apartment. The spa was great after skiing. And you can ski until almost next to the building. Simone was super helpful, we got fresh bread every morning. We would love to come back there!

Comfortable room, friendly staff, excellent food. We used the sauna and steam room 3 times, which was really nice after a day’s skiing. We paid for a ski locker at the Pardatschgrat gondola which meant we did not have to carry skis, boots, gloves or helmets back to the hotel and that meant the 5 minute a walk was no problem. Overall really pleased with the hotel.

My friend and I went skiing last week (week 5 2024), and we stayed at this little pearl of a bed an breakfeast. The owners and staff are some of the sweetest people we have ever met (Franciska is especially a gem to remember). And they are extremely service minded too.
