Great family hotel Had a great stay here. The 2bed suite was perfect for a family of 4. All the staff were great. Reception friendly & bar staff were great. Always polite & chatted daily & interacted with our kids. “Kick” was especially great! And the barman from Croatia.

Fantastic hotel, the food is very good and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The frequent ski bus to either Galtur or Ishgl stops at the boot room door. Can't fault anything about this hotel. Lots of winter walking for non-skiers. Spa facilities are a bonus.

Stayed in this lovely hotel for a week in January for skiing. Absolutely immaculate. Staff were happy and polite at all times and were so helpful. Quality of food was amazing. I liked everything. Friendly staff that goes out of their way to help you solve your problems. Great location, clean, comfortable rooms. In the evening you can have a nice time and relax in the SPA. I was especially impressed by the breakfast and dinner. Everything was very tasty, varied menu, large selection of dishes, pleasant service.

Very warm and cozy place for ski vacation. Tasty food,nice lobby, comfortable spa area, very friendly staff with attention to the details. I would recommend it. Location is good - right on the bus stop for all ski areas around. The buses are coming every few minutes, so no problem to get quickly to the ski zones around.

I can only agree with the many enthusiastic previous reviews: The hotel is beautifully located on the outskirts, the rooms are spacious and well furnished and, above all, very clean. Staff is very helpful and kind, the rooms are nice and well maintained. The jewel in the crown is the kitchen. The breakfast is rich, and dinner is a real masterpiece. The dinner is comprised of numerous dishes, each one is made well and the overall experience is very boutique. I will definitely come back!

The hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet area of Galtür, with quick and easy access to all ski areas in the region. I love this place...kids even more...stuff helpful and ready for support all the time. Bicycles and kids bike trailers available for guests. Swimming pools and other areas for kids are very nice. Ladies (some of them) motivated and proactively finding new activities for kids..
