A hotel run by a private family. A very spacious and comfortable three-bedroom apartment. The living room and kitchen are well-equipped and fully functional. The bedrooms are not overly large, but the mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. The hotel breakfasts are delicious. The spa area is well-designed, varied, and impeccably clean. Parking is available in the garage. The town where the hotel is located is one ski bus stop from the first gondola station in town. Access is via a tunnel, not suitable for hikers. The hotel itself is located on a hill with a very steep approach. The morning descent to the stop in ski boots is difficult, and the approach to the hotel after a long day of skiing is very tiring. The hotel is definitely for quiet families and couples. If you want to celebrate dinner in the apartment, this is definitely not the place for you. I do not recommend it for groups enjoying evening entertainment.

The hotel was okay, with very friendly staff. Everything you need for a skiing stay was available.
The only things you might have to complain about are:
- no refrigerator, not even a mini one. There wasn't one in the double room.
- breakfast from 7:30 AM. If you're planning on skiing 100% and want the lifts to open, it's too late.

Overall, a modern hotel with very good value for money.
My room was relatively new, with rather functional furnishings, but perfectly adequate. The hotel was quiet for Ischgl – especially given its location, and you could occasionally hear other guests in the hallway (even at night), but it wasn't overly disturbing. The wellness area is also relatively new, high-quality, and sufficiently large. The breakfast was very good and offered a wide selection. And all the staff were exceptionally friendly and dedicated.

There is a very good breakfast and very nice staff. The location of the hotel is very good, as you have a great view of the mountains. The rooms are very nicely decorated and there is a ski cellar. The individual areas of the hotel are also very close to each other, so that you can quickly get from one place to another. There is also a steam and Finnish sauna, as well as others. Overall, the hotel scores very well in all criteria.

Very pleasant staff at check-in. Our 6 person apartment was fantastic. The hotel looks and feels as if just built (but it’s 6 years old). The sauna area is FKK, very spacious and pleasant.

A good place to sleep and relax. Very nice service, tasty breakfasts and a nice wellness area. Parking and a skiroom are comfortable and available on site.
