Location: in a quiet location, a ten minute walk from the centre of Kaprun, 5 km from the Kitzsteinhorn ski area and 8 km from lake Zell, 95 km from the international airport of Salzburg. The ski bus stop is 150 metres away. Distance from the centre of Zell am see is 11 km away.

A neat and clean hotel. I stayed here for a couple of days when I came to ski. I would also like to say a special thank you for finding and keeping my airpods I came back to the city a couple of months later and was able to pick it up 🫰

The hotel is really nice and clean for the price. However, the I hated the breakfasts soo much - two young waitresses talking to each other, however they had no time to restock the food. When we came there was literally anything than 3 slices of cheese and ham, and some undercooked whipped eggs, and undercooked frozen croissants - yes, they had one job to do. I do not recommend that place, better to find something else on booking.

Awesome bed and breakfast in the heart of the Alps with a Czech owner and staff. It's a mountain lodge style, lots of wood and carving. Although the rooms might have an older feeling, everything is in a very good shape. The owner and ladies are very friendly and trying to cater your every needs and wishes. They serve really great breakfast! EV owners can charge their car in a private parking spot in front of the building. Great bonus is a elsepf service beer and Radler tap downstairs with a lounge. I will be coming back here!

Everything as advertised, room cozy, clean and with plenty of space. Staff friendly and ready to help you with your problems and ideas. Also good breakfast. Parking for free. I recommend to everyone!
