We're already "regulars." What's especially great is that skiers get to the slopes quickly, and those who don't – skiers can swim in the pool for three hours a day. This is already included in the price. The owner of the guesthouse is also the boss of the pool restaurant... It's fine... It's his motto... And he makes everything possible. If we don't like something on the menu, we let them know... And so far, we've always been given a great alternative... It's like the back of your hand...

We were there again for New Year's Eve. You couldn't start the new year better... A vacation with friends is the boss's motto... And that's how we felt. We arrived home safe and sound... Despite the snow... Thanks again for everything...

A solid, no-frills guesthouse, but very clean and with a helpful, genuine hostess. Good breakfast, good value for money. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The room was pleasantly warm.

We'd gladly stay again!

Well, the service definitely leaves much to be desired.

Upon arrival, no staff member was present, and after listening to the answering machine, the owner's phone number was only provided.

"...I'll be back later, please push open the door, it's open for guests (and everyone else too), the key is on the counter."

The booked breakfast was alright. Only the cheese was showing signs of being past its prime. It was also cleared away very early. The impression was that the owner had absolutely no time for his guests. Just a quick check-in and then off he went.

Oh, and the room...see photos. The smoke detector was missing (it's mandatory, see OiB Guideline 2). However, it was clean and warm, and the Wi-Fi worked.

I loved it!

The rooms were nicely furnished, even with a bottle of water and chocolate on the pillow. It's right by the pedestrian zone, but nice and quiet. Breakfast is also very good: cold cuts, cheese, butter, margarine, jam, honey, muesli, fruit juices, soft-boiled eggs, and most importantly, good hot coffee. Tea is also available 😉. The owner is very friendly and takes great care of her guests, suggesting excursions and explaining how to get there – something rare these days. I would come back in a heartbeat.

The only downside is that the vacation went by too quickly.

All in all, a lovely little guesthouse.

We were expecting a family-run guesthouse, and at first glance, that's what we got. The rooms are functional and generally adequate. However, the house as a whole feels somewhat neglected in many areas.

Unfortunately, we found the previous guests' used glasses still in the room, and it wasn't exactly clean. The worst part, though, was the mold on the exterior wall. After the first night, we brought this to the owners' attention, as I, being allergic, didn't want to stay another night. Luckily, we were able to change rooms without any problems. We still paid the full price, however. The owner claims to have been unaware of the mold, so I would advise him to better train and supervise his housekeeping staff.

Breakfast is good and sufficient for a guesthouse; the staff, in particular, are very friendly in the mornings.

My experience in the evening was quite different. I personally cannot recommend the half-board option. It was a rushed, impersonal three-course meal with absolutely no choice. You're definitely better off at one of the many restaurants in town. Unfortunately, hospitality and customer service were foreign concepts to the staff in the evening, which is why we didn't feel very comfortable.

For skiers, it's important to note that there's no ski storage room, so you have to put everything in the car every time. Getting into cold ski boots in the morning isn't exactly pleasant.

The guesthouse's location is very good; you can quickly reach the town center and the ski slopes, as well as be near a bus stop.

Overall, I don't think the price-performance ratio is really right, which is why I wouldn't recommend it. However, if you're looking for simple, centrally located accommodation, this is certainly a good option.
