Only a small place, but my favourite of all the hotels that we stayed at in our tour of Austria. The room was bright, clean, comfortable and large with copious storage space. A lovely bonus was the balcony overlooking a stream where, even in early April, we were able to sit out in the sun amongst snow-topped mountains. It may be in a quiet sidestreet, but it is ideally placed for the railway station, the ski slopes and the apres-ski bars, although it is a steep walk into the village and back (tip: you can save a bit of leg-work by using the lift in the Wasserfall multi-storey car-park). Breakfast was a typical middle European continental affair taken in a nice bright well-decorated room. The owner, Sonja, was as delightful as her B&B and very helpful.
