The hotel is situated in a quiet and hospitable place, on the outskirts of Zell am see with a wonderful view of the Kapruner mountain, near the world famous Golf course, away from the tracks, but next to the ski bus stop. It offers rooms decorated in an Alpine style with natural wood. The property has a small pool. A great choice for companies, families and all fans of winter recreation.

Location: 3 km from the centre of Zell am see 1.2 km from the gondola cable car, opposite the Golf course. The ski bus stop is 100 m from the hotel is 148 km from Innsbruck airport, 79 km from Salzburg airport, 202 km from Munich airport.

Our stay was in the main building. The room was large with all needed for comfortable stay. It was hot in the rooms , hot water all the time. The breakfast and dinner were good. The service nice. We felt comfortable at this place-relaxed and quite atmosphere. The hosts and guests were friendly. The location was convenient for skiing . The bus stop - 660 ski bus is nearby but our choise was with the car.
The main important things were present, details and personal preferences are areas for improvement.
Rosa is a good host .
Perfect place for the price.

The photos in the brochures look a bit misleading, something has been added in the meantime. The food was decent, but the vegetables scarce. The room somewhat old-fashioned, too small for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Super small shower whose water varies from ice cold to scalding hot. The real pity was that the ski bus is not accessible on foot. (not with ski boots anyway) According to the brochure 100m, in reality 100 meters of altitude... However, the price is relatively cheap...

(This is the restaurant review only.) A very cozy nice place. We were looking for a place to grab a dinner and were very lucky to get a table at this restaurant, since it was full. Relaxing atmosphere, great local food, friendly and welcoming staff. There were a dog and a cat, both well-behaved and friendly, so we liked having them around. We will certainly return to this place again.

Very nice place. You should meet Rosa a very nice and friendly woman host and her dog Edy. Good food, clean and worm rooms! Good value for money

Lovely family runned place where you can just drop by to join dinner for a very acceptable price. Today we enjoined the grill and salad bar. Kids loved it. Would recommend to consider staying in Limberghof gasthof rather then downtown Kaprun or Zell-am-see when traveling with kids.

It's a humble yet breathtaking place. Truly a unique experience. Also the staff there is super kind and take care of your everyneed... I'm a Jain ... So they specially prepared a meal for me ... And it was delicious. The view from the hotel is just brilliant. It's a quite place away from the city hustle between Zell am see and Kaprun. A must visit. Love from India

Nice pension, good meal and nice service. But there was problem with heating our rooms. We have to make a little noise to the boss and then he made warm in our rooms. After than it was hot a lot :)
