The hostess was incredibly friendly and always went out of her way to ensure our satisfaction. Kudos to the excellent cuisine—we've rarely eaten so well. By the second day/evening, the waiter knew our preferences, which makes you feel grateful. We were able to relax in the cozy spa on a rainy day after a walk. Overall, a truly pleasant stay and highly recommended! A quick note due to the current circumstances: rapid Covid tests can be taken directly at the hotel (valid for 24 hours) or at a Covid testing station in the city (valid for 48 hours).

Stayed here as part of a Caledonian bus trip to Austria. We were met with a very warm welcome and despite there being 25 passengers on the coach we were checked in swiftly. We were in room 202 on the second floor which was extremely spacious and very clean. Huge walk in shower and separate toilet which is always a bonus when travelling with friends. There was no entry door to the shower area but this could not really be seen from the bed area. The bed was so comfortable. Lovely views to the front of the hotel. We didn't get a chance to use the pool as the weather wasn't the best even though it was July and our busy schedule didn't leave much time for the indoor part of the pool. The best part about the hotel was the main course food at evening meal. We chose from a menu at breakfast time then we all ate together at 6.30pm. The salad buffet was amazing on our first day with fresh breads and oil and the usual salad fare however I think this was not really renewed and kept getting less and less until our last 4th day meal. However we had amazing soups after the salad , then the gorgeous main courses, a dessert and then coffee and various cakes. All delicious. I'm not a lover of Courgettes or Celery but these flavoured soups were divine. The breakfast was standard, bread, cheese, ham, egg but all fresh and tasty. A great base for exploring and very efficient friendly staff. Thanks for a lovely stay.

I have lost count of how many times we have been here for our skiing vacation. It´s simply my favorite hotel in the Alps. Warmly greeted by Maria and Bettina makes you feel like coming home. Great ski in ski out hotel with excellent food and service, indoor pool and great spa area. I will definitely come again.

Very nice hotel right next to the ski slopes, offering great service. The whole team is doing their best to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Halfbord menu included in the room rate is well balanced and offers a variety of choice for each and every taste

A nice hotel with a pool and sauna area. The hotel is tastefully decorated in a modern style. The staff is very nice and always tried to meet our needs. Breakfast and dinner were very good. I would recommend the hotel 100%.

Thank you for a wonderful stay (July 2021)! Host Maria and her team were friendly and at the same time very professional. The room and other areas were clean. I also appreciated the nice design elements in the hotel. We enjoyed the pool and sauna. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Every day we were looking forward to what we would enjoy again. As a pregnant woman, I also really appreciated following the covid measures. Gel was available everywhere. We will definitely be back!
