Hotel Süd art in Graz

I stayed at Sud Hotel for almost 13 days recently. Overall, the location was very good (approximately a 10-minute walk from my office), and the service was good, with a particularly great breakfast.

However, the main issue during my stay was the internet connection. I reported the problem after two days, and although I was told it would be fixed and a technician came, the situation unfortunately did not improve for the remainder of my stay.

As reliable internet access is essential for business travelers, I wanted to share this feedback for your awareness and future improvement.

Great hotel. All five stars except dor the location. I have to admit it is far from dow town. Underground parking is great and easy to access. Food is great. Rooms are clean and nicely lit. Even longwr stays in hotel are recommendable.

Breakfast was brilliant

Great location, nice art in and around the hotel. Nice pool, great breakfast. Rooms have everything you need. Arcon, quiet, and clean. Loading options for our e-car. The staff greats you and love their job. What a nice way to start our holiday❤️

I stayed at Hotel Süd Graz for almost ten days and had a really great experience. The hotel is in a very convenient location there are supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, ice cream shops, and Döner and pizza places all within walking distance, which was super convenient.
The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. Later during my stay, I needed to extend for a few more days, and they quickly arranged a new room for me without any hassle, which I really appreciated.
One of the highlights of the hotel is the wellness area. There's a good gym, a relaxing sauna room, and the best part a large swimming pool behind the hotel, which was perfect for unwinding.
Parking is also very easy. There’s plenty of parking in front of the hotel, plus an underground paid parking garage. If you prefer not to pay, there’s also free parking available behind the hotel, which was really useful.
The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. I had air conditioning, a fridge, freezer, minibar, and complimentary coffee and tea in the room. Everything was clean and worked perfectly.
The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with a big variety of fresh and tasty options to choose from every morning.
Overall, my experience at Hotel Süd Graz was very positive. It’s a comfortable, clean, and well-located hotel with great facilities and service. I’d definitely recommend it and would gladly stay there again.

Nice hotel on the outskirts of the city, easy to get to from the Autobahn. Good parking just outside for free or in the underground garage for a fee. Good breakfast buffet included.

Top Breakfast

Beautiful accommodations. Not as much counter space as I would like in the bathroom. Free parking is limited, but plenty of paid parking on site. Great breakfast.

Room conditions was nice and cleaning also perfect. If you are in biz trip, i recommend you to use this hotel.
