Staff was nice, location was good but rooms were bit outdated and there wasnt even slippers for the spa in our rooms. Spa area was okay.

We had a lovely stay and would love to return sometime in the future. Our children loved the pool area, the food was great, and we had a great room. I only wish we were able to stay longer.

It was a great stay! We chose the half board which was good, as we were tired to go out for a dinner. The view from the balcony was amazing and we enjoyed a short walk to the water fall a lot.

The Hotel Salzburger Hof is an Austrian dream! I went with 6 girlfriends to ski in and around Bad Gastein (highly recommended using Ski Miquel for excellent coordination and guiding). This hotel was one of the stops on our cycling trip. It's a little dated but still tasteful and clean. Beds are a little soft. The front desk staff could be a little friendlier but we've encountered this a lot in Austria so perhaps it's a cultural thing. The views are quite beautiful given the 1060 metre elevation.

Wonderfully friendly staff, very knowledgeable and helpful, especially the manager (Inita) so very helpful. The beds were comfy, the room was very clean and had a great view. My first impression of the hotel was creepy, but I was pleasantly surprised at how almost normal staff were, room was warm and cosey, but the sheets did smell a little funky. Not suitable for veggies and anyone on a budget, drinks are overpriced.

The hotel is small but very nice. I had a single room. It was tiny but had everything needed. Honestly, I think the price was high for the value. There is almost no sound isolation.
